Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad, the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia is the Great Statement of Malaysia. Many may agree with me and many may disagree with me. Everyone is free to have his or her own opinion towards Tun Dr Mahathir. As a normal human being Tun Dr Mahathir certainly has good as well as bad qualities. When we look at his good qualities, we will love him and admire him and will certainly agree with me that he is a great statement of Malaysia. Tun Dr Mahathir was born at the time when the British colonized this country. Allah has blessed him with intelligent and he manage to study medicines where Tun Mahathir attended a Malay vernacular school before continuing his education at the Sultan Abdul Hamid College in Alor Star. Mahathir then attended the King Edward VII Medical College (the predecessor of present-day National University of Singapore) in Singapore, where he edited a medical student magazine called The Cauldron; he also contributed to the The Straits Times newspaper pseudonymously under the nickname “Che Det”. Mahathir was also President of the Muslim Society in the college. Upon graduation in 1953, Mahathir joined the then Malayan government service as a medical officer. He married Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali—a fellow doctor and former classmate in college—on 5 August 1956, and left government service in 1957 to set up his own private practice in Alor Star. He certainly has great determination to succeed. The medical training that he has undergone certainly has contributed towards making him to be a person with strong personalities. Whatever he set his mind to achieve he work hard towards making his dream materialized. He is a person with a vision and he wants everyone to be like him. He set his mind and he set the mind of all Malaysians to make Malaysia an advance nation by the year 2020.

According to Tun Dr Mahathir, everyone should work hard with a vision in front of him or her and he wants Malaysians to work hard with a vision. He set the vision of making Malaysia and advance country by the year 2020. Prior to Tun Dr Mahathir Malaysian does not have any vision. Although Malaysia can progress even without a vision but the country will not be progressing at a faster rate and towards the desired goal. Tun Dr Mahathir knows that vision 2020 can only be achieved when all Malaysian have positive mental outlook. Malaysians especially the Malays are very negative in their mental outlook and so Tun Dr Mahathir has comes with the positive slogan of ‘Malaysia Boleh’, which means Malaysia is able and capable.

This is indeed the great achievement of Tun Dr Mahathir in his twenty-two years as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. In my opinion an award is given to Tun Dr Mahathir in recognition for his achievement in changing, the mental altitude of the Malaysians. By the grace of Allah, we can say that Tun Dr Mahathir is able to change to a certain extent the negative mental attitude of the Malaysians to a positive mental attitude. The only comment that I want to make with the slogan is that the slogan is suitable only to non-Muslims but not suitable to Muslims. In my opinion the more suitable slogan for the Muslims is ‘With Allah Grace Malaysians are able and capable’ or in Bahasa Malaysia, ‘Allah izin Malaysia Boleh’. The Muslims in Malaysia will definitely be able to accept this slogan better than the one without the izin of Allah. When the Muslims accept the slogan, they will be happy to hear and to say the slogan repeatedly. When the Malaysians who predominantly are Muslims repeatedly hear and say the slogan, their negative mental outlook will become positive mental outlook. Tun Dr Mahathir has come with the slogan that change the negative mental outlook of the Malaysians to become positive mental outlook and this has becomes the basis towards making Malaysia an advance country by the year 2020.

Tun Dr Mahathir has set the vision that Malaysia is to become an advance country by the year 2020. An advance country to Tun Dr Mahathir is not only advance materially but also spiritually. He wants Malaysia to becomes advance in all fields and to become advance in their thinking and achievements. In order to achieve vision 2020 all Malaysians especially the Prime Ministers must cling to the vision, slogan set by Tun Dr Mahathir. Unfortunately the Prime Ministers Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi comes with the vision of Islam Hadari, and the Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak comes with the slogan of Satu Malaysia. In my opinion, we should stick to the vision, slogan set by Tun Dr Mahathir. All of us should work hard to achieve the vision that is to make Malaysia an advance country in the year 2020.

During the times when Tun Dr Mahathir becomes the Prime Minister of Malaysia, there were so many infrastructure developments in Malaysia. We have the north and south highways built during his time, the twin towers, once the highest building in the world, the airport and many others built during his time as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Malaysians are sent abroad to study and acquire knowledge and it is during his time that Malaysia start sending students to Japan and Korea. Tun Dr Mahathir is in the opinion that we do not sent student only to acquire knowledge but also to acquire good working attitudes. Since the Japanese and Koreans have better working attitudes than the Americans and Europeans, the decision made by Tun Dr Mahathir to send our students to these countries to learn good working attitudes  are commendable. Tun Dr Mahathir knows very well that having only knowledge without good working attitudes will not make Malaysia an advance country. In order to become an advance country Tun Dr Mahathir want the Malaysians to acquire knowledge as well as to acquire good working attitude.

Tun Dr Mahathir is a leader with a vision and clear mind and understanding to achieve the vision. I admire him for the love he has for his people, the great vision that he has for his country and his ability to work hard even at an old age to achieve his vision. He remains calm and steady whenever he is being criticized by his enemies. In love of him and in admiration of his qualities and his achievements as the Prime Minister of Malaysia for twenty-two years I have written lyrics of song by the title ‘Tun Dr Mahathir, Jasamu Di Kenang’

The lyric has been made into a song and sing by a singer with the nickname Man Ferrow.

SYIAH AND SUNNI

Syiah and Sunni are two groups of Muslims, formed because of differences of opinion about the ascension of power after the demise of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Some Muslims have the opinion that the first Caliph should have been Hazrat Ali may Allah be pleased with him as he belongs to the families of the Prophet s.a.w. Other Muslims are of the opinion that the first Caliph should be Hazrat Abu Bakar may Allah be pleased with him since he was the first to become Muslim and the most trusted companions of the Prophet s.a.w with the strongest iman. It was not in the mind of Hazrat Abu Bakar or Hazrat Ali to become the first Caliph of Islam.

Both of them have no desires for power or wealth but their desires were only to obtain the pleasure of Allah. Both of them were the jewels of Islam and the trusted companion of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. It was destined that Hazrat Abu Bakar became the first and Hazrat Ali became the fourth Caliph of Islam. Both of these companions of the Prophet are confirmed to be the dwellers of paradise.

We cannot understand Quran correctly without having iman, even though we may know how to read and understand the meaning of the Quran. The understanding of the Quran goes according to the level of iman that the Muslims have .When the Muslims have strong iman they will have correct understanding of the Quran but when their iman become weak, they will have wrong understanding of the Quran. Different opinions among Muslims on who should become the first Caliph only happen during the times when the Muslims start to have weak iman. When the love to conquer countries and to collect jizyah from non-Muslims in those countries conquered by the Muslims has entered the heart of the Muslims, the Muslims started to leave the work of dakwah. The Muslims who have the love of dunia in their heart were thinking that if they continue to do dakwah to the non-Muslims then many will become Muslims and few will remain as non-Muslims. When there were only few non-Muslims then there will be less income to the country as only few people will have to pay jizyah. When the love of dunia comes in the heart of the Muslims, they leave the work of dakwah and when the Muslims started to leave the work of dakwah their iman become weak. It was during these times that division among Muslims started to occur and one of the groups was Syiah. In the beginning, Syiah represents the group of Muslims that have the opinion that the first Caliph of Islam should be Hazrat Ali and not Hazrat Abu Bakar but later on it emerged to become a religious sect of its own. Syiah religious scholars started to teach their followers to hate Hazrat Abu Bakar and Hazrat Umar because to the Syiah, these two companions of the Prophets were the culprit that prevented Hazrat Ali from becoming the first Caliph of Islam. The Syiah religious scholars started to teach their followers to love Hazrat Ali, Hazrat Hassan, Hazrat Hussein, Hazrat Fatimah and few other companions of the Prophet only, and to hate those companions of the Prophet whom they think were involved in the choice of Hazrat Abu Bakar to become the first Caliph. The Syiah religious scholars teach their followers that only those of ahli bait or those who has the blood relationship with the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w has the only right to becomes the leader or imam of the Muslims. The Syiah religious scholars teach their followers to mourn over the death of Hazrat Hussein in Karbala. The occasion to remember the death of Hazrat Hussein in Karbala is made yearly by the Syiah and it is regarded by the Syiah as an important day to remember.

When we perform solat with congregation, one person has to become imam and the imam has to be the best from among them. Similarly, when Muslims are to choose who should become their leader, they should choose the best from among the Muslims in the world to be their leader. We need an imam in order to perform solat with congregation and we need a leader in order to lead the entire Muslims in the whole world. The one that should become the leader of the whole Muslims in the whole world must be the best from among the Muslim. He should have the strongest of iman, the best of conduct and the most knowledgeable in almost all fields when compared with all other Muslims. The Muslims should not choose their leader only on the basis that they have lineage with the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Allah has not told us to do like this in choosing our leader. There is no inheritance of power in Islam. The leader of the Muslims at a particular time must be the best from among the Muslims in the whole world at that time. Hazrat Abu Bakar may Allah be pleased with him was the best Muslim at the times after the demise of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and so he was the right choice to become the first Caliph of Islam and not Hazrat Ali.

Hazrat Abu Bakar has become the first Caliph of Islam nearly one thousand three hundred years ago. None of us was there when the incident took place. The same political rivalry should not happen in our times. We should not inherit the hatred that they have until today. We should not becomes likes the pagans that inherit hatred from generation to generation. We should become like those who likes to forgive and forget. Although we may have different political views, there should not be any enmity between the Syiah and the Sunni. We should become brothers and sisters although we may have different religious opinion. We should not introduce ourselves as Syiah or Sunni but as only Muslims. The Syiah should stop remembering the sad incident that happens in Karbala whereby the misguided Muslims killed Hazrat Hussein. It is sad but we should forget and forgive. It gives us no benefit at all when we dwell on past sad memory. If any Muslims do harm on us we should remind them about their wrongdoing, brought it to discussion, and solve the problems amicably. We should not solve our problems using weapons, as we are brothers and sisters. We should solve our problems using friendly discussions and meetings. We should love all humankind especially Muslims and we should not hate each other. We have to stop killing any Syiah or Sunni and we have to stop killing any humankind. We are all belong to one family and descended from the same forefather and we are created by one God, name Allah and there is no God except Allah.

WHAT IS THE FIRST ORDER OF ALLAH?

It sounds unbelievable that Muslims until now are still not very clear what the first order of Allah is. When a person embrace Islam what will be the first order of Allah that he or she should do. Many Muslims think that the first order of Allah is to do the five times daily solat and so whenever a person becomes a Muslim the first order that the person is asked to do is to perform five times daily solat. Is it true that the first order of Allah is to perform five times daily solat or the first order of Allah is to convey the Great Kalimah that is I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah to those who has not accepted the Great Kalimah.

The first verse in Surah Iqra was the first verse revealed to the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w while the Prophet was meditating in the cave. The verse has the approximate meaning….Read…In the name of your Lord that has created man…that has created men from a clump of blood. Many Muslims think that this verse means Allah has ordered the Muslims to learn how to read. Many Muslims believe that the first order of Allah is to read and they interpret to read as an order to seek knowledge. Is this interpretation is in accordance to Sunnah or an interpretation that comes from our own minds. We cannot interpret any verse of the Quran using our own minds but we must interpret the verse of the Quran using Sunnah. Sunnah means what the Prophet did after receiving the verse. Did the Prophet s.a.w after receiving the verse go on to learn how to read or to seek knowledge? The Prophets did not go to seek knowledge or to learn how to write and read after receiving the verse but instead the Prophet s.a.w went straight home in a state of fear and at home, the Prophet s.a.w laid down and asked his beloved wife Siti Khatijah to cover his body with a blanket. The prophet s.a.w was in a state of fear, as the incident that has just happened to him was the first he has ever experienced in his life. His beloved wife comforted him by saying that Almighty Allah will not do any harm or injustice to him, as he, the Prophet has always been a nice and good person. While he was lying at home with the blanket covering him then came the verse…the meaning approximately like this …Oh you who clad in blanket… wake up … remind the people that you Lord is Great.

The first verse revealed to the Prophet is not to order the Prophet s.a.w to go and seek knowledge or to learn how to read and write. Allah has made the Prophet s.a.w unable to read and write until the day he passed away. Allah did this so that the entire humanity knows that the Holy Quran is not the writing of Muhammad but it is the words of Allah. Prophets s.a.w had never learned how to write and read but it does not mean that Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is ignorant. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is highly knowledgeable and he learned directly from Allah the owner of all knowledge .The first verse is to introduce Allah as the Creator of man and to introduce Muhammad as the Prophet of Allah. It is not the verse to order the Muslim to seek knowledge, as many of us tend to believe. The second verse revealed to the Prophet is the verse to order the Prophet s.a.w and his followers to remind the people about the greatness of Allah. The second verse is the verse of order and the first order of Allah to the Muslims is to do the work of dakwah or to call the people to the greatness of Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said in the meaning conveys to others what you know, even though you know only one verse. When a person embraces Islam, the first verse that he or she knows is the Great Kalimah and the first duty that he or she must do is to convey the Great Kalimah to others who has not recited the Kalimah. This order is obligatory to all Muslims men and women. When Abu Bakar may Allah be pleased with him embrace Islam the first thing that he did after embracing Islam was to deliver the Great Kalimah to others. The act of conveying the Great Kalimah to others is call the work of dakwah or tabligh and it is the first order of Allah. When we are conveying the Great Kalimah to others who has not recited the Kalimah then they bear witness to our recital of the Kalimah. When they also recite the Kalimah then we bear witness to the recital of the Kalimah. When we do this we are doing the actions of the first pillar of Islam. The first pillar of Islam is to bear witness that there is no God except Allah and to bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah.

Muslims have understood that the first pillar of Islam is only to recite the Great Kalimah only once in a lifetime. Muslims understood that once a person have recited the Great Kalimah and the recital has been witness by another Muslims  then that person has already done the first pillar of Islam and he or she does not have to do it anymore until he or she dies. After reciting the Great Kalimah then the newly embraced Muslim brother or sister will be told to perform the second pillar of Islam that is to do five times daily solat every day. The second pillar of Islam is to perform five times solat everyday but the first pillar of Islam is to recite the Great Kalimah only once in a lifetimes. It seems that Muslims have to do the second pillar more than the first pillar of Islam. It does not sound logical that the first most important pillar of Islam has to be done only once in a lifetimes while the second pillar of Islam has to be done five times daily until death. It is surprising that Muslims are not questioning this seemingly illogical point in the most important principles in Islam. The five pillars of Islam are the most important basic principles in Islam. No one can become good Muslims without performing all the five pillars of Islam and the most important pillar among the five pillars is the first pillar.

The first pillar of Islam is not only to recite the Great Kalimah in the presence of a witness only once in lifetimes but after reciting the Kalimah he or she has to fulfill the right of the Great Kalimah. What is the right of the Kalimah? The right of the Kalimah is to convey the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims and they bear witness to our recital of the Kalimah, and when the non-Muslims also recite the Great Kalimah, we bear witness to their recital of the Kalimah. This is the first order of Allah, this is the first pillar of Islam, and it is the work of Prophet or the work of dakwah. In other words, the work of Prophet or the work of dakwah is the first order of Allah to the person who has embraced Islam and this is in line to what Prophet Muhammad s.a.w has asked Abu Bakar may Allah be pleased with him to do after he had embraced Islam. What Prophet did was what Allah wants us to do. Since the work of Prophet is the first pillar of Islam, all Muslim must do the work of Prophet for at least forty-five minutes every day and they should only stop from doing the work of Prophet the day when they die.

When Muslims do the work of Prophets then their iman will become strong. When their iman is strong, the Muslims can obey all the orders of Allah in the ways shown by Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. The Muslims will have the behavior like Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and they will become the examples upon which the entire humanity will like to follow. When the Muslims do not do the work of Prophet, as it is now then the Muslims will have weak iman and they are not able to obey all the commandments of Allah in the ways shown by our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. The Muslims will not have the behavior like Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and they will be look down by the entire humanity as peoples who are disgraced and humiliated. The only reason why the Muslims are in this condition is that they do not fulfill the right of the Great Kalimah when Allah the Most Merciful and Compassionate has blessed them with this Great Kalimah.

THE SOLUTION- THROWING BABIES

It should sadden all of us to see an innocent babies being thrown into the dustbin and swarm by ants. The baby is dead. Who kill the baby? The most probable person that kills the baby is the mother of the baby. The child must be borne by those Malay Muslims woman who practice illicit sex. The woman must have been practicing illicit sex with her partner secretly for sometimes. They do not want anybody to know about their wrongdoing. The woman and her partner only want to have the enjoyment of sex but they do not want responsibilities. They know that the public will certainly knows about their disobedience when the child is born. They do not want the child because the birth of the child will give them sorrow and grieves. In order to disclose their wrongdoing and to prevent them from having sorrow and grieves, they have to throw away their baby. As the practice of illicit sex among Muslims Malays is on the rise, the practice of throwing babies will increase.

Every now and then, our local newspaper will show pictures of babies thrown away by their own parents into dustbins or place safely in front of someone houses in the hopes that someone will pick up the baby. The journalists and the newspaper have done their part in revealing the wrongdoing of the society. As the society is going down the drain, we should not only watch the situation but as members of the sick society, we should do something to arrest the situation. What the government should do in order to curb the situation. The situation is worrying. All of us must do something practical to stop the condition from becoming worse. The government must do some practical solution immediately. What shall the government do? In my opinion, Malaysian government must establish some homes to protect Muslim women who have become pregnant without marriage. As a Muslim, these women know that they have disobeyed Allah and they are greatly ashamed of their wrongdoings. They are very scared that the public will knows about their disobedience. They do not want their parents and families to know that they have committed the acts of fornication. They are greatly ashamed of what they have done and in order to protect their honor and pride they are ready to kill even their own babies or to place their babies secretly in front of someone house in the hope that someone will take and adopt the babies as their child.

The government must take these women into their custody. The government must give them shelter and protection especially during those challenging days of their pregnancy. The governments must set up many homes to cater their needs including the need to deliver their babies. During the period of custody, sociologist and experts should give these unfortunate women counseling and therapy so that they repent and back to the right track. These women should remain in the custody of the government until the baby is born and no one can visit them. All women who are pregnant because of illicit sex should come to these homes and get themselves registered as the members of the homes. These women are the victims of their own desires and circumstances. Because they are the slave of their desires their aims in life is only to fulfill their desires. When they become pregnant, they become very worried and all that they have in their mind is to safeguard their honor and in order to safeguard their honor they are willing even to kill their own babies.

The government must stop this brutal action of parents killing their own babies. These are great sins and we must stop these animalistic acts of our people. Allah wants us to enjoin good and forbid evils. We must do something to stop these barbaric acts of our own people immediately. When we think rationally, no one will ever want to kill their own babies but the stress that comes following the birth of the baby is unbearable to most people in Malaysia especially the Malay Muslims and because of the stress they are willing even to kill their own babies. In western and non-Muslim countries, the societies can accept women to deliver baby without a father. It is an acceptable norm in western society that a woman can becomes pregnant without a husband. In western and non-Muslims society, a woman without a husband can deliver a baby without having to undergo much stress when compare with their Muslim Malay counterpart .We cannot make our society to become like western society. We are Muslim society that cannot accept woman to deliver baby without having a rightful husband .Unless the Malaysian government interfere and protect these woman, the problems of throwing babies as unwanted commodities will never stop in Malaysia. Many couples, who do not have children of their own, may like to adopt these babies as their children. The couples who want to adopt these babies as their adopted child will have to bear the cost that the government has bear in maintaining the mother while in custody and the cost of delivering the baby.

THE WORK TO RENEW IMAN

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said that iman would get tarnish, as iron will get rust. At other times, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said renews your iman. The companions may Allah be pleased with them asked Prophet Muhammad s.a.w how should we renewed our iman. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said in the meaning, talk about the Kalimah there is no God except Allah abundantly. We renewed our iman when we talk abundantly about the meaning of the Kalimah there is no God except Allah. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w asked us to talk about the meaning of the Kalimah abundantly. In order to renewed their iman the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w will talk about the Kalimah among themselves. The Companions of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w were always anxious about their iman. Whenever they feel their iman has becomes weaker they will sit in a circle and reminding each other about the meaning of the Kalimah. The Companions of the Prophets knew the values of iman and they are always anxious about their iman. They knew when their iman has increased and they knew when their iman has decreased. During those times, the Muslims believe very strongly that nothing is more valuable than iman. They are willing to die for iman but they are not willing to lose their iman.

There is a difference between the work to increase iman and the work to renewed iman. In order to increase iman we have to do the work of conveying the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslim until they are willing to recite the Great Kalimah and we becomes the witness to their recital of the Kalimah CLICK . When we do the work of conveying the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims, we are actually doing the work of enjoining good and forbidding the evil. When we do this, our iman will increase. In the meaning of the ayat of the Holy Quran, ‘You are the best nation that has been sent to the entire mankind, you enjoin the good and you forbid the evils and you have iman in Allah.’ Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said when you saw any evil you must stop it with power. When you cannot do it with power then you have to stop it with words. When you cannot stop the evils with words, then you have to stop the evils with your heart and the Prophet said this is the lowest of iman. To stop the evils with our heart means we have to be worried about the evils and we should make doa so that the person who has committed the evils will stop from doing the evils, and by doing this the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said, we will get the lowest iman. From Quran and Hadis it shows that the work of enjoining good and forbidding the evils have relationship with iman. The greatest evils committed by men is they do not to admit that there is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah and the greatest good done by men is to admit and to recite I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. When we do the work of conveying the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims and we ask them to recite the Kalimah we are actually doing the work of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil and we do this our iman will increased.

Reminding a muslim

Whenever we committed any sins, our iman will becomes tarnish and to renew our iman Prophet Muhammad s.a.w asked us to remind each other abundantly about the meaning of the Great Kalimah. When we met Muslims, we must remind each other’s about the meaning of the Great Kalimah and the orders of Allah. We must invite him or her to obey the commandments of Allah particularly the first and the second order of Allah that is to do the work of dakwah and to perform the five times daily solat with congregation in the mosque. Allah will revive all other orders of Allah once the first and the second orders are established.

Solat with congregation in the mosque

When we met a Muslim, we must tell him or her that you want to do the work of reminding each other’s about Allah and the orders of Allah. A man reminds a man and a woman reminds a woman. When he or she is ready to give time then we can start talking to her or him on these points. These points are only guidelines so that our talks are not deviated from our aim and according to the situation; we can either shorten or lengthen our talk .We start with reminding him or her about Allah and the orders of Allah.

Reminding a muslim in day time

Reminding a muslim in evening time

We can talk something like this… Only to obey Allah and to please Allah I would like to remind you and myself that there is no God except Allah, there is no one that can give benefit or harm except Allah, there is no one that can give what we want except Allah. None can give honor or disgrace except Allah and none can give success or failures except Allah. I also would like to remind you and myself that when we obey Allah we will be successful and when we disobey Allah we will be unsuccessful and I would like to invite you and myself to obey Allah. The first order of Allah is to convey the Great Kalimah I bear witness that there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah to the non-Muslims and to invite them to recite the Kalimah. Since after Prophet Muhammad s.a.w there will be no more prophets, Allah has given the work, which used to be obligatory only to the prophets is also obligatory to the whole Umat Muhammad s.a.w.

When we do the work of conveying the Kalimah to the non-Muslims Allah will make our iman strong. When our iman is strong our amals will also becomes strong. When we do the work of conveying the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims, we are fulfilling the right of the Kalimah and when we are fulfilling the right of the Kalimah, we will have the benefits of the Kalimah. There are two benefits of the Kalimah, the first benefit is we will not have any sadness and the second benefit; we will not have any calamities. This order is the easiest and the simplest of all the orders of Allah. In order to do the work of conveying the Kalimah we only need to know the Kalimah and Allah has ordered us only to convey and not to make them Muslims. The work to make them Muslims is the work of Allah. The second order of Allah is to perform five times daily solat with congregation in the mosque and we would like to invite you and ourselves to do the work of dakwah and to perform solat with congregation in our mosque .In order to do these orders of Allah you only needs to give times. All of us have times unless we die. The times we needs to give to these amals of Masjid in a day including dakwah, performing solat with congregation in the mosque and to learn about these orders of Allah is only 2 hours and 30 minutes. Are you ready to give two hours and thirty minutes daily to do the work of dakwah, pray five times solat with congregation and learn the orders of Allah in the mosque? ”

Make doa for muslim in day time

In case we have no opportunities to remind the Muslim brothers then we have to make doa for him or her.

Make doa for muslim in evening time

The doa is something like this. ‘Only to obey Allah and to please Allah I would like to remind you, and mysef that there is no God except Allah, there is no one that can give benefit or harm except Allah, there is no one that can give what we want except Allah. None can give honor or disgrace except Allah and none can give success or failures except Allah. I also would like to remind you and myself that when we obey Allah, we will be successful and when we disobey Allah, we will be unsuccessful. Oh, Allah delivers these great words to the occupants of this house and instills these great words into our heart. Oh Allah accept us and our families, accept the occupant of this house and all the Muslims to do the work of dakwah  and to perform five times obligatory solat, the males perform solat with congregation in the mosques and the females to perform solat in their houses on time’.

THE GREAT DIAGNOSTIC TOOL-THE EYES

Eyes are part of the brain and the brain is the part of the body that controls all the activities of the body. Every parts of the body have connection with the brain. The brain is like a large and complicated computer and the eyes are the screen of the computer. Whatever we see will go to the brain and the brain will determine what action the body should take. The brain will sent messages to the appropriate organs so that the body can take appropriate action. All parts of the body have connection with the brain and the brain has all the information about the condition of each cell in the body. The brain shows the tissues condition of each cell in the eyes.

The iris is a vascular part of the eye and looking at the iris we can diagnose the level of inflammation that each tissues of the body experienced. The iris is a terminal organ and each part of the iris seems to represent certain part of the body.

Iridology is the science of looking at the iris of the eyes and interpreting tissues condition of the body. We do not diagnose diseases by looking at the iris of the eyes. The iris of the eyes will tell the level of tissues inflammation that the cells of the body have encountered that is from acute to degenerative stage.

From the size and the shape of the pupil, we can see whether the person has stress or not. The area around the pupil represents the digestive system, and encircling the digestive system is the nervous system. The nervous system in turn has connection will all the organs and the glands in the body. All around the iris are areas that represent the various organs in the body. The right eyes represent the right parts of the body and the left eye represent the left part of the body. The outside areas of the iris represent the circulatory system and the skin. The top part of the iris represents the brain and the bottom parts represent the legs. Only looking at the iris one can roughly knows the condition of the body particularly the condition of the digestive system. One of the very important information that we can get by looking at the eyes are the condition of the bowel and the stomach. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said that the king of the body is the stomach. When the stomach is good then the blood will be good. When the blood is good, there will be health. When the blood is bad, there will be disease. We cannot get health when we do not treat the King of the body, which is the stomach.

We see the world through the eyes and we see the whole body through the eyes. Allah has made the most external part of the eye that is the cornea to be the most sensitive and the most transparent part of the body. The tear, which continuously produced by the lacrimal gland lubricate the cornea. When the cornea is dry, it gives pain sensation .When we see a cloudy ring around the cornea it indicates that the blood vessels around the body has undergo hardening due to deposition of calcium and cholesterol on the vessels walls. The ring is known as sodium or cholesterol ring. In ophthalmology, it is call arcus senilis and it indicates poor circulation in the areas covered by the ring. When there is a growth of tissues from the conjunctiva towards the cornea, it is call pterigium but in iridology, it indicates liver malfunction.

The cornea is the most transparent part of the body and using Ophthalmoscope we can look into the fundus of the eyes through the cornea and the pupil. In the fundus, we can actually see the blood vessel, both the artery and the veins of the retina. We cannot see the artery and the veins of any other parts of the body except in the eyes. We actually can see the hardening of the blood vessel and any other complications of the blood vessel, which can be due to such diseases as hypertension and diabetic. It is a common believe that what happen to the blood vessels of the eyes will also happen to the blood vessels of the brain. When we can see a plaque in the blood vessel of the eyes, we should expect that there are also plaques in the blood vessels of the brain. In my opinion, medical examination without looking at the eyes is not complete and the study of iridology must be included in the syllabus of medical education. All medical students must study the science of diagnosis by looking at the eyes including the iris, cornea, sclera, conjunctiva and the fundus. All medical doctors must be proficient at using Ophthalmoscope and the slit lamp. It is a great lost to us as well to the doctors and patient if we do not use the eyes as our most important diagnostic tool. Allah has given us eyes to see the outside of us as well as the inside of us. We must use the eyes as our diagnostic tool as the eyes will never deceive us. Tabligh Jamat is an Islamic movement that has portrayed itself throughout the whole world as a dakwah movement. The movements originated from India in the early nineteen centuries. It has portrayed itself as a very noble job and they claim that the work done by Tabligh Jamat is very similar to the works of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and their companions. It also portrayed itself as a work that inculcates the spirit of sacrifice among Muslims similar to what Prophets Muhammad s.a.w and his companions used to do. Are all the claims that Tabligh Jamat made are true?. Is Tabligh Jamat truly a dakwah movements? . Is Tabligh Jamat do the work similar to the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w or is doing the work similar to other ‘tarikat’ movements?. I have been involved with the work of Tabligh Jamat more than thirty years. Since the Jemaah portrayed itself as doing the work of dakwah, I become interested and decided to join the group although at that time I was only a student. What surprised me Tabligh Jamat does not give dakwah to non-Muslim? They argue with me saying that the present day Muslims cannot do dakwah to the non-Muslims because Muslims are not practicing Islam. They said to me that we have to correct the Muslims first then only we can give dakwah to the non-Muslims. Since I was young and immature, so I heard and obeyed. Although at that time I already knew that Tabligh Jamat is not the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w but in my opinion when compared with other Islamic work, Tabligh Jamat is the best. I made this conclusion after I have spend 4 months in India and Pakistan in 1979.

Whatever they said to me always remain in my mind. While I was involving with the work of Tabligh Jamat, I was always thinking and hoping that one day the work of dakwah to the non-Muslim will start. Although I am always eager to do the work of dakwah to the non-Muslim, yet I do not know how to do it. When I look at the Muslims involved with work of Tabligh Jamat I have very slightest hope that the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims will ever starts. I have doubt that the work of Tabligh Jamat can rectify the Muslims. I was worried and I always pray to Allah to teach me how to do the work of reminding the Muslims and to do the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims as Prophets Muhammad s.a.w used to do. With the blessing of Allah, Allah granted my prayer and to cut short the story, the work of reminding the Muslims about the work of dakwah and dakwah to the non-Muslims the way Prophet Muhammad s.a.w did starts in my locality in early February 2008. Now when I do the work of visiting the peoples to call them to Allah I will visit everyone including the non-Muslims. Now I will not miss any non-Muslim house as I used to do. When I met Muslims I will remind them about the meaning of the great words and about the orders of Allah, I will ask him to do the work of dakwah, and to perform five times daily solat with congregation in the mosque. When I met with non-Muslims, I will invite them to enter Islam and to recites the great words. In case there are no opportunities to give dakwah with words then I will make prayer and ask Allah to give them guidance. Now I am convince that I am doing the work of Dakwah very much similar to what Prophet Muhammad s.a.w had done thousands of years ago. However, I continue to pray to Allah to give me guidance so that the path that I have threaded is truly the path of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.

When the elders of Tabligh Jamat in India know that I am also giving dakwah to non-Muslims and teaching others to do dakwah to non-Muslim, they start to take action to stop me from spreading the teaching to others. As I was one of the Syura of Malaysia, they withdraw my right to make any decisions and they prevent me from making any lectures in any meetings of Tabligh Jamat all over Malaysia. The decisions made by the elders of Tabligh Jamat in India in my opinion clearly indicates that Tabligh Jamat do not want to do dakwah to the non-Muslims. Tabligh Jamat is only interested to invite the Muslims to join their movements. Although I am not saying that they are deviated but in my opinion, Tabligh Jamat is not a dakwah movement as they portrayed themselves to be but Tabligh Jamat is only one of the many ‘tarikat’ groups. The reasons that they gave to me thirty years ago for not doing the work of dakwah to non-Muslims was only an excuse not to do the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims.

The Tabligh Jamat is using reasons created in their minds and using logics not in accordance with Quran and Hadis so that the Muslims should not do the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims. Some of the members of Tabligh Jamat argued to me that avoiding the work of dakwah to non-Muslims is the ‘hikmah’ of their elders. There is no one who knows hikmah except Allah. Allah teaches Prophets Muhammad s.a.w hikmah. Muslims will have hikmah when they do exactly like Prophets Muhammad s.a.w and Muslims are making fitnah when they do not do like what the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w used to do. Fitnah will come when Muslims are not doing dakwah to the non-Muslims like Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. The so call scholars that stop Muslims from doing the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims are spreading fitnah. When Muslims stop the work of dakwah to the non-Muslims Allah is not pleased with the Muslims and Allah will put the Muslims in so many fitnah.

In my opinion, Tabligh Jamat is not a dakwah movement as they claimed themselves to be. Tabligh Jamat is only one of the many tarikat groups and like all other tarikat group, they are usually very fond of admiring their elders instead of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. When they give lectures, they often quote the words of their elders instead of Quran and Hadis. Whenever members of Tabligh Jamat visit a Muslim their main aims is to ask the person to join their group. They will ask the person to join their group by participating to what they call as going in the path of Allah for 3 or 40 days or 4 months. Whenever members of Tabligh Jamat made any lectures, at the end of any lectures that they make they will also ask the audience to join their groups by participating in the so call going in the path of Allah for 3 or 40 days and 4 months. They are only interested in the number of persons that can join their tarikat group and they are not so interested in establishing the first orders of Allah that is dakwah. In order for people to come to the Masjid and listen to their lectures, members of Tabligh Jamat will do Umumi Ghast prior to the lecture, visiting only Muslim houses and ask them to come to the Masjid to listen to their lecture. Whenever they get more people to join their group, they regard it as a great success to their work. Although more than ninety years Tabligh Jamat is in existence yet the first order of Allah that is to give dakwah to the non-Muslims, to deliver the great words to the non-Muslims is still not established.

When Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas may Allah shower mercy upon him started the work, the work has no name. People used to call the work as the work of calling peoples towards kalimah and solat. At those times, it was a true work of dakwah and Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas used to visit the people in their houses and their fields to invite them to recite the kalimah or the great words and to ask them to perform five times daily solat. The deciples of Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas may Allah showers mercy upon him, modify the work to become a tarikat group that people call by the name Tabligh Jamat. Instead of doing, the work of visiting the peoples in their homes and fields to invite them to recite the kalimah and to perform solat, their elders is more interested to give long and exhausting lectures in their gatherings. Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas said that Ghast is the backbone of dakwah but instead of doing Ghast daily many Tabligh brothers only likes to give long lecture. Therefore, I conclude that the present Tabligh Jamat is not the group that does the work of dakwah or tabligh or the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. It is only one of the tarikat group developed by Muslims in India and should be called as ‘Indian Tarikat Group’ instead of calling it by the name of Tabligh Jamat.

Some of the members of Tabligh Jamat are very angry at these articles and they started to attack me personally. They call me Iblis and one of the army of Dajjal. They must know that these articles represent my views that has joint the work of Tabligh Jamat for nearly thirty years and I think by the grace of Allah I has contributed significantly to the growth of Tabligh Jamat in Malaysia and I have much more love to Tabligh Jamat than those who critics me. When I give critic to the work, it means I want the work to change and move forwards. I have written these articles because all my effort to move the work forward while I was in Tabligh Jamat has met with failure. I would like to inform all the Tabligh brothers that in my opinion the work is no longer, what it used to be as during the time of Sheikh Inamul Hassan (may Allah shower his grave with light). Now they are so many people who try to take advantage of Tabligh Jamat and there are so many politics involved in the decision making of Tabligh Jamat. Tabligh Jamat has grown bigger and many rich peoples start to join this work .To those who are not sincere will use Tabligh Jamat to pursue their worldly desires.

Many members of Tabligh Jamat have the attitudes that only those in Tabligh Jamat are on the right path and none is on the right path except them. When anyone critics us, we become very angry and we start to attack them personally. The one who critics us is the one who actually loves us and the one that want us to be in the correct path. In case we disagree with the critics, we have all the right to disagree with them and we should gives point in light of the Quran and Hadis to explain our disagreement and not to attack them personally. When you attack those who critics personally, it shows you are angry and you are decreasing your rewards and increasing the rewards of those who critic you. When we are angry, we start to write nonsense .When we do that we are not doing any good to ourselves neither to the work. We should love the truth rather to love Tabligh Jamat and the Elders. Allah and the Prophet love the truth. Read this article with open heart and think wisely. In case after doing that, you still want to follow Tabligh Jamat, then it is your choice and please do not attack me personally .We should remain friends although we may have different of opinion regarding Tabligh Jamat. All of us are free to have our own opinion and we should not become enemy to each other simply because we have different opinion. We all are free to do what we think and believe to be the truth. We cannot make everybody to have the same opinion and to do the same thing as us. There is no one that can give guidance except Allah. In the hereafter, I hope I am not to be blame for not telling all of you what I think to be the truth. I think I have written enough and I bear patient until Allah reveal the truth. Please read my other articles on dakwah to non-Muslim and the work of reminding the Muslims.

THE UNHOLY ALLIANCE-PAS AND DAP

We have to seriously think and look upon at the unholy alliance between two parties with diametrically opposite principles. What I believe to be unholy alliance is the merging of two parties with completely difference believe and principles, that is between PAS and DAP. It is hard to believe that this can happen but it has happened. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has successfully influenced the stalwart of PAS and DAP that we should form a party named PR comprising of DAP, PKR and PAS. All of them agree to form the loose coalition in order to fight with BN in the last election. The coalition is loose and fragile and in no times it can dismantle itself. The coalition is successful only during the election because all the parties have the same common goal that is they all want to defeat their common enemies, the Barisan Nasional. The reason for the coalition is temporary and it works only during the election. They formed a loose coalition so that they can defeat the ever-non defeated champion that has ruled Malaysia since the last 50 over years, the Barisan Nasional. All of them are very determined to defeat Barisan Nasional that has never been defeated since independence and the poor performance of the Barisan Nasional government at that time accentuates the determination of the opposition parties.

The opposition parties form a coalition because they have the common goal and their common goal is to only to defeat their common enemies. Now the common goal that forms the basis of their coalition has disappeared. Without a common goal, how can these three parties be united and form a strong opposition party that can defeat Barisan Nasional. Many dreams that Malaysia should becomes like the United States of America, Australia and United Kingdom that have two strong political parties that keep one another in check. In those countries, no single party dominates like in Malaysia. When we have one single party that rules the country in the last 50 years then we will have a country rule by a dynasty. Umno leads the dynasty that rule Malaysia in the last fifty years. Since Umno leads, the dynasty that rules Malaysia in the last 50 years, Umno without knowingly has created many corrupt and rival warlords .All of these warlords wants to become the Kings and in order to becomes King they must forms their own armies within Umno. Many in Umno have becomes corrupted throughout the years since they saw the chance to become wealthy in Umno. Many join Umno only to do business, to become rich, and not to work for the peoples. Most join Umno because they want to uplift their own condition and not the condition of the people and the country. In my opinion, Umno is a sick old man and it needs treatments in order to continue to be relevant in Malaysia. Malaysians are not the same as when Umno was first established. Umno must change and to know the suggestion that I have made please read my article, The Malay saga-Umno

Malaysian has only Barisan Nasional as a strong political party that can govern the country. In my opinion, we have no other choice other than Barisan Nasional to rule Malaysia. Malaysia needs another strong political party that can counter check Barisan Nasional and particularly Umno. Without having another strong political party, to counter check Barisan Nasional, Barisan Nasional particularly Umno will remain the party that will dominate the power in Malaysia. This is not good for the country. As we see it now Barisan Nasional particularly Umno has becomes a dynasty. Many Malaysians are not very happy with this development. Barisan Nasional is an alliance of three main parties and all the parties are racial base. Umno, which is the party of the Malays, is the main party in Barisan Nasional and the one that will always remain in power. Many Chinese and Indians particularly the young ones are not happy with this and they choose not to join MCA or MIC.Many Indians and Chinese who are born in Malaysia think that they should also have equal chance as the Malays to become the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Many Malays in my opinion are not willing to have a non-Malay and non-Muslim to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia but probably they are more ready to accept non-Malay but Muslims to be Prime Minister of Malaysia

Malaysia has a problem and Malaysians themselves have to solve the problems. If we ignore the problems and we continue to say that, we do not have problems we are cheating ourselves. When the problems have grown to become a monster, we may not be able to solve the problems. Our problem arises because in the heart of every Malaysians there is racial sentiment. We cannot deny the racial sentiment that each of the races has and we cannot easily eliminate the racial sentiment that they have. Islam teaches us not to be racist and not to honor or disgrace anyone because of his or her race. Allah has made us Malays, Chinese and Indians and it is not our choice to belong to any race that we want .Allah wants us to honor and disgrace anyone in terms of their fear of Allah and not in terms of their race. When we want to built a strong and powerful Malaysia, we cannot build Malaysia based on race and colours of skin. We have to build a strong and powerful Malaysia based on qualities and the main qualities that all Malaysians should have is the fear of Allah. Racial prejudice will only disappear when Malaysians practice true Islam.

In my opinion the coalition between PAS and DAP is unholy since the basis upon which PAS is built is Islam while the basis upon which DAP is built is race. PAS is actually in dilemma as I have written please read my article, The PAS dilemma. On two different contradicting bases, two parties are not possible to join and form an opposition party. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is trying to tie these two opposite parties with his party,PKR and form PR. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is always talking about justice and wants to use this as a platform to establish the opposition party.DAP is working for justice of the Chinese people in Malaysia while PAS is working to establish justice in terms of Islamic laws and PKR is working for the justice of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. PR is a coalition of three parties built on three different bases and as such the party is not going to be very stable and PR are not going to be the alternative to Barisan Nasional. Malaysia has to find other ways to solve her problem and in my opinion, we will solve our problem when all Malaysians adopt the true teaching of Islam.

THE WORK TO INCREASE IMAN

Iman is the basic and the most important needs that every man must have. Man needs iman more than any other needs of man. The values of iman are paradise. Without iman, man will be at lost in this world and the hereafter. Man behaves according to their iman and when man has no iman, they will behave as animals. When man behaves as animal, there will be no peace and happiness in this world. When man behaves, as animals in this world man will only be busy with the work of fulfilling men’s material needs and in the hereafter, men will have to enter hellfire.

Allah has ordered us to have iman and the work that we have to do in order to have iman is the first order of Allah. What is the first order of Allah that we have to do in order to obtain iman is the order of conveying the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslim that is I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. This is the first order of Allah that many Muslims failed to do even from among the learned Muslim. The Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said in the meaning, convey to others even though you only knows one ayat. The first ayat that a person knows when he or she enter Islam is I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. The first order to him or her after reciting this Great Kalimah is to convey the Great Kalimah to others who has not recited the Kalimah. Many Muslims since they are born have not even conveyed the Great Kalimah to even one non-Muslim. When we are not conveying the Great Kalimah to others, then we are not fulfilling the right of the Kalimah and although we are reciting the Great Kalimah but we are devoid from getting the two great blessings of the Kalimah. The two great blessings of the Kalimah are having no worry and anxiety and having no calamities whatsoever in this world.

Many Muslims do not realize that the first order of Allah is to convey the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims and because of this, they have neglected this great order. When Muslims are neglecting this first order of Allah then their iman does not increased. The Great Kalimah is still in their mouth and not in their heart. When the Great Kalimah is, still in their mouth and not in their heart then they are only Muslims by names but not by actions. There are five pillars of Islam and all these pillars are the five most important actions that a Muslim must do in order to attained strong iman. Among the five pillars of Islam, the first pillar is the most important action that a Muslim must do in order to attain strong iman. The first pillar of Islam is to bear witness there is no God except Allah and to bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. What actions that a Muslim must do in order to comply with this first pillar of Islam? The action that a Muslim must do is to convey this Great Kalimah to others until they are ready to recite the Great Kalimah and we bear witness to their recital of the Great Kalimah. When they are not ready to recite the Great Kalimah, they become the witness of our recital of the Great Kalimah. When we conveyed this Great Kalimah to others and we bear witness to their recital of this Kalimah or they bear witness to our recital of the Kalimah then Allah will make our iman increased.

Conveying the Great Kalimah

Initially when you met non-Muslims you must request for time and you tell him or her that you want to talk to him or her on something very important. When they are ready then you talk to him or her on these guidelines. A man must convey the Great Kalimah only to man and a woman must convey the Great Kalimah only to woman.

Convey the Great Kalimah to others who has not recited the Kalimah

We are one family and we descended from one forefather and we are created by one God. Our God name is Allah and there is no God except Allah. Allah loves us very much and He wants us to be successful in this world and the hereafter. In order to make us successful Allah has given us religion and if we follow the religion of Allah, we will be successful in this world and the hereafter. In order to invite man to Allah and His religion Allah has sent many Prophets and the last Prophet is Muhammad s.a.w and he has passed away. We come to you as the representatives of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w to invite you to become Muslim. We request you to enter Islam and to bear witness there is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah truly, you will be successful. Are you ready to enter Islam?” You may follow these basic guidelines when you are trying to convey the Great Kalimah to the non-Muslims. The wordings in bold italic black color are the most important words that you have to utter in case you do not have much time to talk to him or her.

Our work is only to convey the Great Kalimah

One very important point to remember is our work is only to convey the Great Kalimah and not to make the non-Muslims to recite the Kalimah. We are only to convey and not to make them Muslims. The work of making them Muslims is the work of Allah and not our work. Allah has ordered us only to invite them to recite the Kalimah and to become Muslim but not to force them to become Muslim. Whether they recite or refused to recite the Great Kalimah, we have conveyed the Kalimah thus we have obeyed the order of Allah and Allah is certainly pleased with us. Our intention of conveying the Great Kalimah is only to obey Allah and to please Allah, and not to make the non-Muslims to become Muslim. If they becomes Muslims in our hands we must praised Allah and not to praise ourselves because it is only Allah who gives them hidayah.

Making doa for them

In case we cannot give dakwah to them then we make doa for them. The guidelines of the doa is “…Oh Allah give hidayah to this person and to all the non-Muslims in this world to recite the Great Kalimah, I bear witness there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah. Oh Allah forgive all the Muslims and us whether they are alive or has passed away because of our sins of neglecting of the work of conveying the Kalimah. Oh, Allah we admit that there is no God except You and we admit that we have disobeyed You. Oh, Allah forgives us and accepts our repentance and truly, You are most forgiving most merciful…

It is better while making doa we raised our hands and say amin at the end of the doa. The wordings in bold italic black color are the most important doa to make in case you have very little time to do the doa. In case you want this articles in the form of audio CD please contact Shahrul Nizam 012 6267945 or email shah_nizam81@yahoo.com

The trial of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on sodomy charges is a great trial. It is trying to unwind the speculation that has gone on for quite a while. Many people are still in doubt whether Datuk Seri Anwar is really committing the offence or it is a mere political ploy of Datuk Seri Anwar political enemies. Since the trial on sodomy that Datuk Seri has faced in 1998 many still, believe that it is a political maneuver of Datuk Seri political enemies in order to tarnish the political career of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Datuk Seri Anwar is a politicians but he is also a human being. As a leader of Parti Pakatan Rakyat, he has been look upon by his followers to be a human being that is perfectly clean and devoid of making any mistakes. As a human being Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will certainly make offences and in order to ensure whether he really commits the offence or not the judge will finally has to make the decision. There is no one who really knows the truth except Allah even after the judges has passed his verdict on Datuk Seri Anwar.  Only Allah knows who is a liar and who tell the truth. Mr Saiful Bahari has claimed that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had sodomised him and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has said that the claim made by Saiful is not true and it is pure lies made by his political enemies. In case Datuk Seri Anwar admitted that, he indeed had done what Saiful had claimed than the case will be simple and straightforward. We do not have to spend one month to decide who is telling the truth and we do not have to spend so much money in order to decide on the case.

When people have iman, they always tell the truth. Truth and people with iman is synonymous. At the times of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w, a woman went to the Prophet s.a.w and said that she had done adultery. She said to the Prophet s.a.w that she is repenting and wants the punishment in this world and not in akhirat. She is committed and willing to have the punishment in this world even though she had several opportunities to escape from the punishment. Since she is pregnant, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w asked her to go home and only to come back to the Prophet after she had delivered the baby. She is sincere, she has iman, and she wants the punishment in this world rather than the punishment in akhirat. When people have iman, there will be no problems. We would not need a long trial like the one that we are having now. There are so many lawyers needed and so many witnesses required and we even need to change judge while the trial is going on. Although the delay on the trial has gone nearly two years but Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his lawyers are still trying hard so that the charges against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to be dropped. In my opinion in order to get justice on both sides the trial must continue and in no circumstances should stopped.

Who knows the truth other than Allah? Allah knows whatever we do and none other than Allah knows the truth. None of us is very sure whether Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim or Saiful Bahari is telling the truth. As a Muslims who fear Allah we must make doa so that Allah will shows the truth. Allah knows whatever action we do and every action that we do will have effect on us in this world and hereafter. Good actions will turn to become blessing in this world and in the hereafter it will becomes a means of our entrance into paradise. Bad actions will turn to become sorrow and anxiety in this world and in the hereafter, it will turns to be a means of our entrance into hellfire. Allah judges everyone according to his or her action. Allah gives honor or disgrace according to our action. Allah looks at our action and not at our talks. We may talks very well or we may come from a very good family or holding a very good position in a party but Allah looks at our action. Allah’s promise is on action and not on our talks. When we do good actions then Allah will honors us in this world and hereafter. When we do bad actions, Allah will dishonor us in this world and the hereafter.

All human beings including the judges or the lawyers have no power to honor or dishonor us. There is no one who is capable of honoring or disgracing us except Allah. When Muslims in Malaysia have, the iman likes the companions of Prophets Muhammad s.a.w then the time taken for each case in our court will be very short and every case is a straightforward case. There will be very little time needed to settle any case in the court. When anyone commits mistakes then, he or she will admit because they know that they are not telling to the judge but to Allah. We may say that we are not committing any offence but to those who have iman knows that Allah knows everything that we do. When we have iman, we know that telling lies are great sins and we will not be able to escape the punishment of Allah in this world and in the hereafter. Since all of us have weak or no iman all court case takes many months before the judge can make final verdict. The Altantuya murdered case has takes many months before the Judge can finally make the verdict. In the end of the long trial that take many months, the two poor police officers are found guilty of murdering Altantuya and they have been sentence to death. In Malaysia, our police officers have become murderer. Our police officers instead of protecting the peoples from being murdered have turn to become murderer themselves. Malaysia should be ashamed to the world for having police officers who has turn murderer. What are the reasons for the murder? How the police officer can become murderer remains a mystery. We cannot find justice when judges also have weak iman since judges with weak or no iman will make decision, not based on the fear of Allah but based on the fear of others than Allah.

Malaysian problem and the problem of the entire humankinds will only be solved when all humankind have iman and have obedience to the orders of Allah. When we do not have iman, we will not have the obedience to the orders of Allah. There is a difference between those who have entered Islam and those that iman has entered their heart. When iman have entered our heart then we becomes believers, we will tell the truth at all times, and we will obey all the orders of Allah. When iman have not entered our heart, we only have entered Islam and we will still tell lies and disobey the commandments of Allah. Most of us have entered Islam but the Great Kalimah has not entered our heart. Most of us has not becomes a believer but just a mere Muslims by names.InsyaAllah in my next articles I will try to explained the work that all Muslim must do in order to becomes a believer.
