BEHAVIOUR THERAPY

I would like to share my experience with those who are interested in the work of behaviors therapy. I always wonder why some people can become good while others become bad. I do not believe that it is fated. I do not believe that a person is fated to become a bad person since the day they are born. I wonder why some people become bad. I want to find out the reasons why people become bad. I believe once we know the reasons why some people become bad, we will also know how to make a person to become good. Once we know the reasons why a person becomes bad we will know the treatment to make a bad person to become good. In reality, I am trying to find the cure of bad behaviors. As far as I know, no one in the world has ever found the treatment of bad behaviors and this is because in the world there are very few people who are interested in behaviors treatment. Allah has made me to be very interested in behaviors treatment, as I believe behaviors are the pinnacles of human success in this world and in the life hereafter. My curiosity on why some people become bad while others become good has led me to many years of research on behaviour therapy.

In order to find the answers to my questions, I have to look at the Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. As Allah creates men, I strongly believe that only Allah knows on how men can become good and why men become bad. Many researches on human behaviors have not look at the Quran as the source of reference and thus they often met with failures. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said with approximate meaning that men are good when their hearts are good and their hearts will become good when their speeches are good. Allah says in the Quran with approximate meaning, whose speeches are better than the speeches of those who call people to Allah and they have good behaviors and they say they are among the obedient. In other words, the speeches that men utter can become medicines or poisons to their heart. Medicines are not only foods that men eat but medicines are also speeches that men uttered. Good foods and good speeches are medicines for men CLICK. Good foods are medicines for the body and good speeches are medicines for the mind and the soul CLICK. Good speeches are medicines for the soul and the minds and good soul and mind will bring good behaviors.

Bad behaviors arise from bad soul and mind. Bad souls and minds are the result of frequently speaking bad words. We speak bad words because we often hear bad words spoken to us since we are young. We hear bad and negative words initially from our parents and then from our friends. Speaking and hearing frequently bad and negative words finally resulting in bad and negative belief and mental outlook. Bad and negative belief and mental outlook finally lead to bad behaviors. Bad behaviors lead to emotional stress and emotional stress lead to bodily and mental diseases. What is bad and good speeches? Bad speeches are the speeches that have the element of lying. Good speeches are the speeches that have the element of truth. What is the truth? The truth is none is great but Allah. None has done it except Allah. None fulfills all my needs except Allah. None can do except Allah and other than Allah can only do with the permission of Allah. When we say we are great, we are lying and that is bad words. When we say we are the one who do it then we are lying. When we say, with the permission of Allah, we are able to do it, then we are talking the truth and it is a good speeches. When we say, we can do it then we are lying and that is a bad words. The good words are, with the permission of Allah we are able to do it. This speech is a good speech. When we frequently hear and talk good speeches, our heart becomes good and when our heart becomes good, our behavior becomes good.

With the permission of Allah, I have invented a behavioral therapy known in Bahasa Malaysia as Terapi Bicara Kendiri CLICK or Self –Talk Therapy CLICK. The therapy consists of series of good sentences that related to certain behaviors that we would like to treat. I will write those sentences and then I will record it using my own personal voice. A person taking the therapy will have to hear those recorded sentences attentively and then after hearing it, an adequate time given to him or her in order to repeat those sentences. Each sentence recorded three times and the listener would have to hear and to repeat those sentences three times.

Each particular therapy consists of several tracks and each track consists of about twenty sentences. Anyone who is taking a particular therapy would have to takes each track per day and three times in a day. They have to hear and to repeats, each sentences in each track three-time. When all the sentences in all the tracks in a particular therapy have been heard and repeated, the same procedures starting from track one is repeated all over again. By listening and talking the good sentences repeatedly, a time will come when the soul and the mind will become good. When the soul and the mind become good, the behaviors become good.

One postgraduate (PhD) student from University Utara Malaysia has conducted researched on the effectiveness of this therapy in changing behaviors of workers in Padang Terap Sugar Cane Factory. The study takes about two years. The study uses the therapy to change the behaviors of workers known as ‘Pekerja Bestari ‘invented by Dr Nasoha Saabin. The study has been completed and it has becomes her PhD thesis. The results of the research, concluded that self-talk therapy, Pekerja Bestari invented by Dr Nasoha Saabin is effective in changing the behaviors of workers, provided the procedures in taking the therapy is abide to. All government workers can buy this therapy on credit through Persatuan Koperasi Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. It costs about RM375 and together with the therapy in the form of MP3, there will be a book on the topic, Mengendalikan Urusan Suami Isteri, also written by Dr Nasoha Saabin. All workers who want to become a good worker should take this therapy.

Whoever has completed the religious education and has received the degree in theology in any recognized institutions or has been long recognized by the Muslims as an Islamic scholars are call by nowadays Muslims as Ulama. The title is given to them by the general Muslims public according to their understanding of who is the Ulama of Islam. No Institution has been accredited by the Muslims to be able to award the title Ulama to any Muslims in this world. The title Ulama is a title given by the general Muslims to a certain personalities that they believed to be pious and God fearing person. The title is given base on the general impression of the general Muslims. When certain group of the Muslims communities recognized certain individuals in the communities as pious and God fearing they call them Ulama while those Muslims that do not recognized the individuals as pious and God fearing would not call that particular person as Ulama. The title Ulama is very ambiguous and inconsistence. There is no standard being use in designating a person as Ulama. Because of this, the term Ulama is not a reliable indicator of a person well verse in Islamic theology and a God fearing. We may have a standard in Islamic theology but it is almost impossible to have a standard in God fearing qualities. How can we measure the quality of God fearing in a person?

Ulama can be defined as a person well verse in Islamic theology and a God fearing person. A person can be seen outwardly as God fearing by his attires. A God fearing person is a person who fears Allah and the signs that the person has the fear Allah, he or she obeys all the commandments of Allah in the ways of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and they remain steadfast in the obedience of the orders of Allah in all condition. Steadfastness in the obedience of the orders of Allah in all situations is a sign of strong faith in Allah and the life of hereafter. The strong faith in Allah and the promise of Allah makes a person remain steadfast in the obedience of the orders of Allah in all situations. The first order of Allah is the propagations of the Kalimah Shahadah, I bear witness there is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah, to the non-Muslims and to the Muslims, to remind them about the meaning of the Kalimah Shahadah and to invite them to obey the orders of Allah. The second order of Allah is to pray the five obligatory solat in congregation like Prophet Muhammad s.a.w did. The third order of Allah is to perform one month fasting in the month of Ramadan. Many Muslims including those who are well verse in Islamic theology are not practicing the first order of Allah and only some of them are practicing the second order of Allah like what has been practice by our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Can we call those who are well verse in Islamic theology but are not even practicing the first and the second order of Allah like what has been practice by our Prophet Muhammad’s as God fearing person or otherwise. A God fearing person is a person who always obeys all the orders of Allah in the ways of our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. They are not only observing the small Sunnah but they are very particular about the Great Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. The works of inviting the non-Muslim to enter Islam and to pray solat with congregation in the mosques are the great Sunnah of the Prophet s.a.w. Many of the so call Ulama is so particular about small Sunnah yet they are negligence of the great Sunnah particularly the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam and to pray solat with congregation in the mosques.

The titles Ulama are given by the people. When a person is truly learned and God fearing, Allah will put in the heart of the pious people of the communities that the particular person is Ulama. When Allah has accepted a person as Ulama, Allah will put in the heart of all pious people that the person is learned and God fearing or Ulama. The persons themselves does not claim that they are Ulama but all people from among the pious unanimously agreed that the person is an Ulama. Only the pious and the God fearing people can identify the true Ulama as they have light in their hearts. The non-pious and the non-God fearing people would not be able to identify the true Ulama. Since most of the people nowadays are ignorant and non-God fearing people, so the persons that they think are Ulama are usually not Ulama. Most of the persons whom the Muslims call today as Ulama are basically only learned Muslims who have studied and thought many years of Islamic theology .A person may be learned but they are not necessarily pious or God fearing but all God fearing persons are learned. They should be call only as learned Muslims but not as Ulama. All Ulama are learned and God-fearing but not all learned people are Ulama.

As most Muslims nowadays are themselves ignorant and non-God fearing, they start to call whoever is learned about Islam as Ulama, particularly when these scholars of Islam put on themselves the pious attires of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. A learned person wearing the pious attires of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is not necessarily pious and God fearing as the qualities of piety should not be judged only by a person attires but more important by their actions. Actions indicate the level of belief that the person has. The actions of a person are influenced by his or her belief and not by his or her knowledge. A person who has knowledge about Islam is not necessarily practicing Islam until he or she has belief in Islam. There are many Islamic scholars who are not Muslims. These Islamic scholars have knowledge about Islam but they do not have belief in Allah and Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. It is a known fact that peoples do not do according to what they know but peoples do according to what they belief.

Learned Muslim scholars who are not practicing their knowledge certainly have weak iman or belief. They have knowledge about Islam but they have weak iman. Because of weak iman they are not capable of practicing the orders of Allah and as they are not practicing the orders of Allah, their iman become weak. It is a signs of weak iman that they are not capable of giving dakwah to the non-Muslims or to remind the Muslims about Allah and the orders of Allah. As they continue to disobey Allah, their iman continue to become weaker. They can wear the pious Muslims attires but they cannot obey the orders of Allah. They will obey the orders of Allah only to be seen by men. In public they appear very pious and God fearing but in reality they do not even have the slightest fear of Allah. When they are alone they will disobey the orders of Allah. Once the companion of the Prophet s.a.w asked the Prophet, who is the most wretched among mankind? Prophet Muhammad s.a.w replied with the approximate meaning, do not asked me negative question, the most wretched among mankind are the learned Muslims who does not practice what they know, they will enter hellfire earlier than the non-Muslims. In my opinion a person will not become Ulama if they do not have the fear of Allah. A person will have the fear of Allah only if they know Allah and have the true belief in all the qualities of Allah. A person will know Allah and have the true belief in all the qualities of Allah when Allah bestows in his or her heart the true iman. Allah will bestow in the heart of a person true iman when Allah loves the person. Allah will love the person when that person obeys all the orders of Allah, particularly the first orders of Allah that is the orders of inviting the entire mankind to Allah.

Who is the most unfortunate person in this world and in the life hereafter? No one would like to be the most unfortunate person but somehow or rather someone along the line will become the most unfortunate persons in this world. Who is the most unfortunate person? The person could be you or the person close to you or known to you. A person, who has realized in this world that he or she is among the most unfortunate person, still got the time to mend his or her life. He or she can repent and start to follow the correct path in this world and become successful. In case the realization only known after we have passed this world then the realization brings no benefit to his or her life. The one who is the most unfortunate person is the one who has received guidance from Almighty Allah, yet he or she deliberately chose the wrong path because of their love of this world.

These people claimed that they are the people who received guidance yet they are the people who have gone astray from the true path. They pretend to be the people who believe in Allah and His Prophet yet in their heart they do not believe in Allah and His Prophet. They are the hypocrites, the enemies of Allah and those who believe in Allah and the Prophet. Allah mentions about them as the people who are walking in the dark night and occasionally they see their path when the lightning is striking. When the lightning strike, they see their path because there is light and when there is no light they return to the darkness. The hypocrites are the people who have no guidance and when they are with the Muslims, there is some light and when they are among themselves, they return to darkness. The hypocrite hates Allah, the Prophet and the believer. They always make plan on how the believers and the Muslims can be defeated and destroyed. Outwardly, they will try to look more Muslims than anyone else does. They talk and acts like Muslims when they are with the Muslims but in their heart, there is no iman.

Allah has mention in the Quran that, the hypocrites are trying to deceive Allah and the believers. Surely, these unfortunate peoples cannot deceive Allah and the believers. Although they are in the wrong path and have no guidance but they still think and believe that they are in the correct path. Allah has sealed their heart and they cannot see the light of truth. Allah has made their heart hardened and they are unable to receive guidance. No matter how much explanation about the truth given to them, they will not receive guidance. Allah has sealed and makes their heart hardened because they have deliberately chose the wrong path when Allah has already shown them the truth path. When a person has received guidance from Allah, he has received the greatest blessing of Allah and there is no other greater blessing than guidance. Whenever we receive blessing from Allah we have to be very thankful to Allah and as a sign of our thankfulness, we have to be obedient to the orders of Allah and to do all the orders of Allah only with the intention to please Allah.

Allah hates those that lie to Allah and Allah will not give guidance to them. The greatest sins the most unfortunate persons have done are lying to Allah and lying to the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and the believers. When we do not say what is in our heart, we are lying. We lie when we are not true to our words. Allah hates those who are lying. When a person lies about Allah and his Prophet then Allah is very angry with them, and Allah will seal their hearts. When their hearts are seal then no advice or lectures will ever open their hearts towards guidance. Many of us listen to many lectures but our heart does not turn towards guidance. Our eyes remain dry and we do not have the slightest fear whenever the stories of the punishments of hellfire are mention to us. When these situations happen to us, it indicates that our heart is devoid of guidance. Allah has made us to feel that the punishment meant for other peoples while for us we believe that we will enter paradise. They always think about themselves that good will be with them and bad will be with others.

They are people whom I know, whom Allah has given guidance to do the work of dakwah on non-Muslims. When they are with me, they solemnly declared that they would do the work of dakwah on non-Muslims until they die and they say they believe that it is the order of Allah and the practice of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. They have promised to Allah that they will do the work of dakwah on non- Muslims until they die. When the test of Allah comes, they withdraw from the work of dakwah on non-Muslims, they have become the liars that I have mentioned, and in Islam, liars are the hypocrites. They are the hypocrites that lie to Allah and to the believers and they are saying what is not in their hearts. They do not say the truth. The truth is they do not want to do the work of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w but they say they will do because they want to please the peoples and me. When the test of Allah comes to them, their real selves revealed and in large number, about seventy of them leave me and they also leave the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.

They are the hypocrites that do not say what is inside their heart. They are trying to deceive Allah and the believers but their plan surely will not work. These hypocrites are not only leaving the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w but they are also telling many lie about me. In order to paint a good picture of themselves and to paint bad pictures about me, they start to spread lies about me. Some of them spread the news that I am sick and influenced by the devil spirit. Some spread the news that I have turned apostate and that I have worship a Bomoh and that I have lost my Kalimah and I have turned a Kafir. They try to spread many other lies about me in their attempt to paint a good picture of themselves and a bad picture about myself. They do these in order to justify their action of leaving me. They want the world to know that they have left me because I have turned to become apostate and Kafir. When they have left me, Allah has made them to leave also the work of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Because they lie to Allah and they spread lies about me, Allah has hardened their heart and Allah has made them devoid of guidance. Allah has sealed their heart from the truth and Allah does not believe and accept the Kalimah that they have uttered.

Whatever lies they have spread about me, Allah makes the lie turn towards them. As I have observed the number of persons among them who perform solat with congregation in my mosque has greatly reduced and I hardly see them performing Fajar solat with congregation in my mosque. I have decided not to talk to them and to have any deal with them unless they have made real repentance and Allah has accepted their repentance. Until today, none of them dares to come to me to seek forgiveness as Allah has sealed their heart. Allah has made them feel that they are in the correct path and because of this; they do not want to ask forgiveness and repentances from Allah. In case they die in this state, they indeed have died following the wrong path. May Allah give them guidance?

THE CORRECT PATH

There is only one correct path and there is only one true path. The true path is the path threaded by our beloved Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. Many people think that the true paths can be many. They say all paths are true as long as all the paths will make us to reach the same destination. They argue that we can follow many different paths, as we like, as long as all the paths will make us to reach the same destination. They say, for example, there are many ways or roads to Kuala Lumpur. When can take any roads we like since all the roads will lead to Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, we cannot apply the same argument in Islam. The path mention in the Quran is not the same path or the roads leading to a place. The path mention in the Quran is the ways of life. The correct ways of life is the ways of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and that way of life will lead us to Allah. The destination that we have to reach is not a place but the destination is having the love and the acceptance of Allah until we become the lover of Allah. The ways of life of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is the ways of life love by Allah and whoever follows that way of life he or she will becomes the lover of Allah. Once a person becomes the lover of Allah, he or she has reached his or her destination and he or she has become successful in this world and hereafter.

To become successful is the aims and the desire of every person in this world. Everyone wants to become successful and Allah, who has created us, wants us to become successful. Allah wants us to become successful more than we want ourselves to become successful. The path that will lead us to success is the path taken by our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. The path or the ways of life taken by the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w colored by the aims of life of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w .The aims of life of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w is to please Allah until Allah is pleased. Allah is pleased when all the entire humankind belief and obeys Allah. He stops business and concentrate wholly with the work of dakwah CLICK. He spends time doing the work of dakwah from morning until evening and he met everyone and call them to Allah. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w did the work of inviting the non-Muslims to accept and to recite the Kalimah I bear witness there is no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah CLICK. When they becomes Muslims, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w will asked them to obey the orders of Allah and the first order of Allah is the work of dakwah, which is to invite the non-Muslims to enter Islam.

Nowadays Muslims are not in the path of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w since the work of dakwah which is the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam is not become the work of any Muslims. Nowadays Muslims have forgotten that the work of dakwah is the main work of every Muslims and it is the first order of Allah upon entering Islam, and the work of dakwah is obligatory on all Muslims. All Muslims including the learned Muslims have totally forgotten the work of dakwah on non-Muslims. Muslims are very unaware of the fact that the works of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam are their work and the negligence of that work will bring the wrath of Allah upon the Muslims. When Allah is not pleased with the Muslims, Allah will not answered the prayer of Muslims, Allah will not grant whatever the Muslims ask from Allah and Allah will not help the Muslims against their enemies. The enemies of the Muslims will always overpower the Muslims when Allah’s help is not with the Muslims. The condition of nowadays Muslims is because Allah is not with the Muslims. Allah is not with the Muslims because the Muslims have neglected the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam CLICK and the work to reminding the Muslims to do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam CLICK.

When Muslims are neglecting the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam and reminding the Muslims to do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam, Muslims will not be in the correct path.  To be in the correct path Muslims must follow the Sunnah of the Prophet and the Companions of the Prophets s.a.w. The Sunnah of the Prophet and his companions begins with the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam and reminding the Muslims to obey the commandments of Allah. The first Sunnah or the first order of Allah is the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam. When Muslims are not following the Sunnah of the Prophets and his Companions, the Muslims are not in the correct path. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w used to say with the approximate meaning that my umat would divide into seventy-three groups and only one group is following the correct path. When his companions asked who are in that group. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w answered that the one in the correct path is the ones that follow my Sunnah and the Sunnah of my companions’.  Both the Prophet s.a.w and his companions do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam and to remind the Muslims about the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam, but we do not do that same work as they did. Are we in the correct path or are we in the deviated path. Until and unless we do the same work as our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions did, we are in the wrong path. We do not like to be on the wrong path and neither we like people to tell us that we are in the wrong path. We always like to be in the correct path and we like people to tell us that we are in the correct path. We like to be in the correct path does not mean we are in the correct path. The correct path in the eyes of Allah is the path taken by the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions and the path begins with the work of calling the non-Muslims to enter Islam and to remind the Muslims to do the work of calling the non-Muslims to enter Islam.

To be in the correct path we cannot follows other than the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. We can only follow the scholars that follow the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. We cannot ask the people to follow the scholars when the scholars do not follow the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. We may call the scholars that do not follows Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions as ulama’ or those who fear Allah but in the eyes of Allah they are not ulama’ as all ulama’ follows the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and his companions. All ulama’ do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam and reminding the Muslims to do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to enter Islam.

IS MONEY EVIL?

Money is not evil but the love of money is evil. We can have a lot of money and yet we do not love money or we may not have any money but we love money. Love of money is evil as money is not to be love. The one we should love is the One who gives benefit to money. Money in itself cannot bring benefit unless Allah permits. The One that give harm or benefit is only Allah. Allah is the One that create and the One that destroy. Allah is the One that gives benefit and the One that give harm. Money cannot give benefit and having no money cannot give harm unless Allah permits. Allah has ordered us to work in order to earn money. We work because it is the order of Allah and our intention of working is to please Allah. Whenever we obey the commandments of Allah, our intention should be to please Allah.

Working is the order of Allah and the intention of working is to please Allah. Whenever we have any needs, Allah ordered us to work in order to have our needs fulfilled. We have needs and so we have to work. Why do we work? The answer should be we work because it is the order of Allah and our intention of working is to please Allah. We should not say that we work because we want to fulfill our needs. Our work cannot fulfill our needs, as works are the creations of Allah. The One that fulfill our needs is Allah and Allah does not need our work in order to fulfill our need. Allah is most powerful and we cannot associate Allah with the creations. Allah is alone and Allah has not associates. Allah has ordered us to work in order to test us. Allah does not need our work, to fulfill our needs. We must not say that I must work in order for my needs fulfill and we must not say that in case I do not work who can fulfill all my needs.

When we speak in that manner, we speak the wrong words or sentences. When we speak the wrong words or sentences, our iman decreases. When we speak the correct words or sentences our iman increases. The correct way to say is we works because it is the order of Allah and my intention of working is only to please Allah. We often speak the wrong words or sentences and because of this, we often lose our iman. We must mind the words that we speak and we must think before we speak. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said in the approximate meaning, speaks correctly or observed silence and when you can do this Allah will help you to practice the orders of Allah. The Prophet Muhammad s.a.w also said in the approximate meaning, most conversations bring sins to the person except the conversation that brings the people to Allah. When we speak the correct words or sentences, our iman increases and our hearts are at peace. When we speak the wrong words, our iman decreases and our hearts are not at peace.

When Allah loves us, Allah will teach us to speak correctly CLICK. We cannot speak correctly unless Allah teaches us to speak correctly or we learn to speak correctly from those whom Allah has teaches them to speak correctly. Allah teaches us to speak correctly when Allah loves us. Allah will love us when we do the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w that is the work of calling the people to Allah CLICK. The work of calling people to Allah is the work of calling the non-Muslims to accept and to recite the Great Kalimah, and the work of reminding Muslims about Allah, and to call the Muslims to obey the orders of Allah CLICK. Generally Muslims are not doing the work of calling people to Allah and because of this Allah does not love the Muslims and Allah has not teaches the Muslims how to talk correctly. When Muslims talk, the wrong words then the iman of Muslims are weak. The solat of Muslims revealed that Muslims have weak iman.

Generally, many Muslims are not praying solat especially women. Very few Muslims are praying solat like Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Our Prophet s.a.w always performs his solat with congregation in the mosques. Since the solat of Muslims are of low quality, Muslims are unable to use their solat to derive the help of Allah. Muslims are unable to use their solat to solve their problems and because of this although Muslims are performing solat they still have to rely on money to solve their problems. Nowadays Muslims are the same as non-Muslims in matters related to money. Both Muslims and non-Muslims believe that only with money we can solve our problems. Muslims are different from non-Muslims in the point that Muslims accept the fact that we also need Allah to solve our problems but non-Muslims accept only money can solve their problems. When we talk to the Muslims that Allah is the only One that can solve all our problems, all Muslims will agree and they will answer that it is true that Allah is the One that solve all our problems but we also needs money.

Generally, all Muslims accept the fact that Allah is the One that solve all their problems but they do not believe that Allah can do it all alone without money. Muslims believe that Allah solves their problems but in order for Allah to solve their problems, they must have money. Muslims accept the truth that there is no one that can solve their problems except Allah but they have not accepted the truth in their heart. The so call Muslims that we know nowadays is only those that have entered Islam but iman has not entered their heart. In order for iman to enter their hearts they have to do the work of calling people to Allah. When in the heart of Muslims there are no loves of Allah, there will be the love of money completely. The love of money is evils. When a person has love of money in their hearts, they have evils in their hearts.

As the heart is the king of the body, it controls all the actions of the body. Since the hearts are, fill with evils, the actions of that person, who loves money, are also evils. The love of money in our heart will decrease when we like to spend money for the work of calling people to Allah and we ourselves are doing the work of calling people to Allah. When we have a lot of money and we spend the money in the path of Allah then money is not evils but money is a blessing and the love of money will not be in our heart. When we have a lot of money and we likes to keep the money to ourselves then love of money will be in our heart. In order to eradicate the love of money in our heart we must spend as much as possible the money in the path of Allah and we ourselves must do the work of calling the people to Allah.

I have not been able to write as many articles as I used to do in the past, because since 15 April 2010 I have been appointed as the Head of the Optometry School, International University College of Technology Twintech at Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  I received the call from the Acting Vice Chancellor of the University on Monday requesting me to take over the post. I came to see her on Tuesday the following day, and I started my work as the Head of the School on Wednesday. I have never imagined that I will ever come back to the academic line. I graduated as an Optometrist in 1979. I joined the Optometric Unit, Department of Ophthalmology Faculty of Medicine National University of Malaysia as a tutor in 1981. I completed my postgraduate studies from University of Melbourne, the same University as I graduated in 1984. I became the lecturer in Optometry in the Department of Optometry Faculty of Medicine National University of Malaysia in 1984. I open my private practice in 1987 in Medan Mara Kuala Lumpur. The Department of Optometry National University of Malaysia produce its first batch of graduates in 1986 and that was the first batch of Optometrists graduated from the local University in Malaysia.

Later the Department of Optometry becomes one of the departments in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences National University of Malaysia. The Department of Optometry awarded the degree Bachelor of Optometry with Honors and with this degree; they are qualified to register with Malaysian Optical Council and to practice in Malaysia as an Optometrist. Many Malaysians are still not aware the presence of Optometrist in the eye health care system. Many cannot differentiate the different between Optometrist and Optician and the different between Optometrist and the Ophthalmologist. Since 1986, the Malaysian Government has created the post of Optometrist in many hospitals in the country. The Optometrists work in the eye clinics in the hospital with the Opthalmologist. The Ophthalmologists are the medical doctors specializing in the treatment of eye diseases and surgery. Optometrist is a profession specializing in the treatment of anomalies of visual function. Although legally Ophthalmologist and Optometrist are qualified to prescribe spectacles and other visual aids but the Optometrist is more well train to prescribe visual aids such as spectacles, contact lenses, prism, low vision aids and to assess other vision anomalies than Ophthalmologists are. Ophthalmologists are train to treat eye diseases using drugs and to perform eye surgery. Opticians are trains to dispense the spectacles prescribe by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. Legally Opticians cannot prescribe any spectacles, contact lenses or other visual aids to patients but in Malaysia, they do, as there are few Optometrists. In Malaysia, the opticians that can prescribe spectacles are only the registered Optician and there are about 3000 opticians, and most are not registered. There are only 700 Optometrists in Malaysia. Many opticians particularly in the rural areas of Malaysia are not registered.  In many undeveloped countries, Ophthalmologist writes the prescription and Optician will dispense the prescription to the patients .In countries where there are few number of Ophthalmologists to meet the demand of the population, Opticians takes over the role of Optometrists.

Optometrists are primary eye care provider. Whenever we have any symptoms of blur vision, we should go to visit the Optometrist and not the Optician. Optometrist will examine the eyes thoroughly to ensure the causes of the blur vision are purely due to refractive error and not due to any systemic and ocular diseases. Optometrist will only prescribe spectacles when the patient’s eyes are healthy or the patients have undertaken treatment. Optometrists are train to detect eye diseases and are able to refer the patients to the Ophthalmologists for treatment. Optometrists are also train to detect signs in the eyes related to systemic diseases and are able to refer the patients to doctors for treatment. Eyes are the most transparent part of the body and by using ophthalmoscopes; the Optometrists and the Ophthalmologists are able to see the fundus and the blood vessels of the eyes. Diabetic and hypertensive patients may have signs of the diseases in the fundus of the eyes and Optometrists during their routine eye examination may be able to detect those signs and thus be able to refer those patients early, to doctors for treatment. As blur vision, is among the early symptoms of diabetic and hypertension, a patient with early diabetic or hypertension may pay their first visits to the Optometrist instead to the medical doctors. In case these patients go to the Optician instead of Optometrists, their medical condition will goes undetected, as Opticians are not train to detect ocular and systemic diseases.
