Daulat Tuanku !
Ampun Tuanku, salah dan silap pembicaraan patek harap diampun.
Your Majesty is the guardian to all Malays and others who regard your Majesty as their ruler. The Malays in Malaysia regard DYMM Tuanku as their ruler. Malays are known to be obedient to their rulers as they regard them as their leaders.
In order for any society to live in peace and harmony they must have a leader. The leaders to all the Malays are their rulers and the rulers are in fact their Ulul-Amri @ Amir @ Imam. As in a congregational prayer, the followers are responsible to follow each and every movement of the imam. As the imam moves, the followers also follow the same movement. The followers cannot make any movement ahead of their imam and in case the followers are ahead of the imam, the prayer of the followers will not be regarded as a congregational prayer or in another word become nullified. When the imam makes a mistake, it becomes obligatory upon the followers to correct him. Allah has ordered the followers to correct the imam in a polite manner. Allah has ordered the followers of the congregational prayer to say “Subhanallah”. When we correct the imam, our intention is not to correct the imam but only to obey the orders of Allah and to please Him alone. Allah teaches us to be polite in reminding our Imam. Similarly, when our leaders do make mistakes, Allah orders us to remind them in a polite manner.
DYMM Tuanku is our only leader and the leader of citizens of Malaysia. DYMM Tuanku has delegated the power to govern this blessed country to the citizens and the citizens in turn, through a democratic system, elected leaders to represent them in the Parliament. The leader of the political party that wins majority of the parliamentary seats will be made the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister however is not the Ulul-Amri. The Ulul-Amri is still the DYMM Tuanku who is elected from the Conference of Rulers of Malaysia. Whoever among the rulers appointed as the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong is the Ulul-Amri ( Amir ) of Malaysia.
DYMM Tuanku is our supreme Amir. At any time there should not be two Amirs. It is the order of Allah SWT that there should only be one Amir that rules and leads at any one time. When we have two Amirs, ‘fitnah’ will prevails.
Fitnah means we will have chaos and among Muslims there will be antagonism. Muslims will in the end kill each other, and there will be no love and peace between them. When some Muslims during the time of Khalifah Uthman may Allah be pleased with him wanted to kill him, Hazrat Uthman had advised the Muslims not to do so; and he had warned them that if they didn’t obey his order as their legitimate Amir but instead, obey the orders of another Amir, there will be chaos instead of love and peace between the Muslims after his death.
History had witnessed the truth of what had been said by Hazrat Uthman prior to his death. After Hazrat Uthman was killed, Muslims until now no longer experience peace and harmony between them. The first question Hazrat Umar asked the Muslims when he was stabbed was who has stabbed me? When the people told him that the one who has stabbed him was a non-Muslim, he was greatly relieved. When a Muslim kills a Muslim and the Muslim who was killed is the Amir of the Muslims, then fitnah will come to the Muslims. The Muslims cannot have more than one Amir at any one time to lead them.
In Malaysia at this time, there should be only one Amir and the only Amir is DYMM Tuanku. DYMM Tuanku is the real Amir of Malaysia. DYMM Tuanku must take charge of Malaysia particularly during chaos. DYMM Tuanku must take charge particularly when those whom DYMM Tuanku has empowered to execute laws and orders have failed to do so. During chaotic and turbulent times, it become the incumbent duty upon DYMM Tuanku to establish peace and harmony in this country.
When those politicians whom DYMM Tuanku have entrusted to establish law and orders have failed to do so, it becomes the responsibility of DYMM Tuanku to take back the power and rule this country. Because of politics, the Malays are not united and in the name of establishing justice in Malaysia many lies have been made. Many politicians are no longer genuine in their struggles to establish Malaysia as a country where the citizens can live in peace and harmony. Many Politicians have turn politics into a mean of enriching themselves with wealth and power. Many politicians are more interested in using the power entrusted to them, to make their families and themselves richer. Many politicians are even willing to deny the rights of the Malays, only because they want to gain the political supports from the Chinese and the Indians. When politicians strive to deny the special Malay rights, it clearly means that they are striving to deny Your Majesty’s rights to become the ruler of this country and the right of upholding Islam as the official religion of the country.
It is DYMM Tuanku and all the Malay rulers who have entrusted the politicians the power to rule this country. The power to rule this country belongs to DYMM Tuanku and all the Malay rulers and not to the politicians. Power and honour only belong to Allah and there is no one who own power and honour except Allah. According to the orders of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet saw when there are three among you; one must be made an Amir. The Amir shall be entrusted with power and the power shall be used by the Amir to establish the orders of Allah. As long as that person is an Amir, all his orders that are not against the orders of Allah have to be listened to, obeyed and followed. Malaysia must have an Amir who is under the patronage of Allah SWT, and the rightful owner of the position of the Amir is the DYMM Tuanku. Having a bad Amir is better than not having an Amir at all. There should not be a situation in Malaysia whereby we do not have an Amir. When we do not have an Amir, we are not obeying the orders of Allah; and Allah will be displeased with us.
When DYMM Tuanku is our Amir, the power to established law and orders in Malaysia lies upon the DYMM Tuanku and all the rulers. When the Prime Minister has failed to execute his responsibilities, DYMM Tuanku and all the rulers must take over the power from the Prime Minister and choose another Prime Minister, so that law and orders will again be established in Malaysia. DYMM Tuanku doesn’t have to use the democracy system to choose the Prime Minister. In Islam, whenever there are no revelation or wahyu to solve our problems, Allah ordered us to solve our problems through the mesyuarah of syura council. DYMM Tuanku can use the mesyuarah of syura council to choose the Prime Minister. The members of the syurah councils shall comprise all the Malay rulers in particular and others whom DYMM Tuanku feels qualified to become the members of the council.
Since DYMM Tuanku rules as an Amir for only five years, the appointment of the Prime Minister may also be reviewed after every five years. DYMM Tuanku and all the rulers must put the responsibility to establish peace, law and order above the system. In a democratic system the majority rules; and if the majority of the people are evil doers, an evil person would most probably be elected to become the Prime Minister.
Currently we are practicing Constitutional Monarchy, following the system developed by our colonial master. Although Your Majesty is the ruler or the Amir of this country, but in constitutional monarchy, Your Majesty has neither the advisory nor the executive power. In constitutional Monarchy, Your Majesty’s role as an Amir is made dormant and inactive. Your Majesty is regarded as nothing more than just a symbol. Islam recognizes only two systems of governance. The first one is Caliphate and the second one is Monarchy. The history shows us that there are four companions of the Prophet saw who had became the Caliph and were known as The Guided Caliphs and one companion of the Prophet saw who was a King. Hazrat Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali were the Guided Caliphs and Hazrat Muawiyah was the example of a King. When Muslims are good believers, the Caliphate or Monarchial system of governance are most suitable for their well beings.
Muslims in Malaysia will become real believers when all Muslims in Malaysia seriously do the work of inviting people to good and forbidding people from evils. If Malaysia wants to follow the Islamic system of governance, a Monarchy system of governance is currently the most suitable system. DYMM Tuanku is the King and the Amir of Malaysia and to help DYMM Tuanku manages the country, DYMM Tuanku with the consultation of the syurah council may appoints a Prime Minister. The Prime Minister, upon advice from DYMM Tuanku, will appoint his Cabinet Ministers whom will assist him in executing all the policies and the directions established by DYMM Tuanku.
Democracy is not an Islamic system and it has never been used by the Prophet saw, the Companions of the Prophet saw and the Muslims in the past. Democracy is a system of governance developed by the ancient Romans who were non-Muslims. In a democratic system, the majority rules and when the majority of the people are evil doers, evil will definitely rules the day. Hence, Allah never commanded to the Prophet saw to implement the democratic system simply because it is not the most suitable governing system to benefit mankind. It is a system developed by men and certainly it has many flaws and weaknesses.
As a Muslim, we have to obey the orders of Allah’s including to re-establish the governing system shown by Allah to the Prophet saw and his companions. Nowadays, there are many countries in the world that are not practicing a democratic system of governance yet they are accepted and respected by the world. China and Saudi Arabia for instance do not practice a democratic system, yet they were accepted and welcomed by the UN.
When the democratic system of governance is no longer capable of securing peace and harmony in Malaysia, DYMM Tuanku as the rightful Amir of Malaysia and all the Malay Rulers are in the position to opt for an Islamic System of governance that is the Monarchial system instead of maintaining the present democratic system of governance. Islamic system of governance is a system shown by Allah to the Prophet saw and has been practiced by the Companions of the Prophet saw and the Muslims after them.
Islamic system of governance does not require General Elections to be done. Without the General Elections, Malaysia will be able to save a lot of money which can be used to benefit the citizens. Malaysia will be saved from falling into the hands of the devils and the evil doers. When we use the Islamic system of governance, this country will be blessed by Allah with peace and prosperity. DYMM Tuanku and all the Malay Rulers will be regarded by Allah as obedient servants of Allah. DYMM Tuanku and all the Malay rulers will be remembered for generations to come as those who were responsible in reviving the Islamic system of governance in this world. When we obey Allah by following the way of Prophet Muhammad saw, we will be successful in the eyes of our Creator, Allah SWT. May Allah blesses and guides DYMM Tuanku and all the Malay Rulers to the path taken by His beloved Prophet Muhammad saw.
I have fulfilled my responsibility to remind Your Majesty DYMM Tuanku, all the Malay Rulers and all the Malay political leaders in this blessed country solely with the intention of obeying the orders of Allah and to please Allah until I become one of the lovers of Allah . To my utmost capability, I have tried to remind Your Majesty DYMM Tuanku, the Malay Rulers and the Malay political leaders in the most polite manner. Were I not polite enough to the standard of Your Majesty, may I ask forgiveness from Your Majesty and from Allah SWT.
Daulat Tuanku !
Ampun Tuanku. Apa yang patek persembahkan harap diampun. Patek mohon mengundur diri.

Thanks Prof. Dr Nasoha for offering the much awaited solution! Now it’s up to the leaders to correct the wrongs.
Inilah buruknya sistem demokrasi.
Dear Prof, I totally agree with your suggestion and I hope DYMM Tuanku will agree with you.
Jazakallah Prof. Dr. Nasoha Saabin !
Absolute Monarchy menepati aqidah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah.
Syiah
Wahhabi
Demokrasi ( parti politik dan ngo-ngo )
Pluralisma Agama
LBGT
Penjenayah Tegar ( perompak, pemakan rasuah dll )
Zionis………………
I get sick of democracy system which make the unity of malays who are muslims majority in this country divided into pieces. Our enemy from inside and outside of this country are waiting for our destruction

Gerard Samuel Vijayan: Why is Salehudin Saidin, a private lawyer and a member of Mais (Selangor State Islamic Religious Council) giving his legal opinion on behalf of the palace?
The sultan’s principal legal adviser in such matters is the state legal adviser (SLA) and not his own private lawyer, assuming that Salehudin advises the sultan on his private legal matters.
Any matter pertaining to the powers of the sultan and the provisions of the state and federal constitution ought to have been referred by the sultan to the SLA before giving his consent to the appointment of the SS (state secretary) for an advisory opinion but instead the palace seems to have relied on outside legal advice.
In any event the chief secretary to the government has clarified that the consent of the sultan is not required as the final decision rests with the federal PSC (Public Services Commission) and that the sultan is merely consulted out of courtesy. Then why the need for the swearing-in ceremony if the SS takes office from the date of his letter of appointment by the PSC?
Ong Guan Sin: Using the twisted logic often applied by Umnoputras, calling the sultan as chief executive is an insult to the royalty. Let me explain.
Malaysia is a democratic country when executive power comes from election by the people. It means the sultan must be put to election by the people, and the sultan can be defeated and therefore changed at the election.
Is this not insulting the royalty and therefore treasonous? I rest my case.
P Dev Anand Pillai: I would beg to differ with Mais member Salehuddin. Can we then use the same analogy with the Agong? Is he the chief executive of the country?
If executive power derives from the Agong, then according to Salehuddin’s analogy, the PM is only the administrative head of the country. Our parliamentary democracy is where the monarch only plays a role of a head of state with ceremonial duties and not executive powers, even the council of rulers have a deadline in which they can give their consent to constitutional amendments failing which it becomes law anyway, so based on your analogy it looks as though we are an absolute monarchy.
Our system is where the power comes from the people via elections from which the party that wins the most seats, the head of whom is invited by the monarch to form the government. If the monarch is the chief executive, then he doesn’t need a PM or a MB. Your analogy sir, with due respect does not make any sense.
Dark Knight: How did we get to this sad state of affairs – the king and certain sultans being drawn into controversial issues that undermine the constitution of Malaysia?
Beginning with Dr Mahathir Mohamad – the biggest ursurper of the constitution for his own ends – the country has progressively gone down the drains as a beacon of Islamic democracy. Today, the BN government, in its do-or-die battle to remain in power at all costs, have used and abused the royalty for its own cause.
Everyone who is aligned with the BN, be they be civil servants or sycophants of the ruling government – the police, the AG (attorney-general), the courts and the MACC – have forsaken their duties and democratic principles of good governance.
Just look with what is happening in the Selangor issue. Democracy and the separation of powers as enshrined in our constitution are no longer sacrosanct. They have been ignored without care.
Yobama: Although I did not have a legal education (but my education was legal), I know that whatever ‘executive’ powers the sultans had, have been removed by ex-PM Mahathir Mohamad during the 1993 constitutional crisis.
So where did Salehuddin get his information to say the sultan is the chief executive? Does the sultan run the state? Does he attend the exco meetings? The sultan, with all due respect, only officiates the opening of the state assemblies and signs all bills passed by the assembly.
Even if he does not give consent, the bills become law after 30 days. So where is the logic in saying he has executive powers? This man from Mais is living in his dreamland and should be awaken by someone.
What is happening to this country of ours? Umno is bringing us to the edge of the cliff with all kinds of stupidity emerging day after day, ad infinitum.
Khalid: We attended under protest
DontPlayGod: Enough of politicking every government function by Umno. Common sense dictates that, since the state secretary (as its name suggests) serves the state government, then by right, the state should have the final say in appointing the state secretary, or at the very least, the state government should be consulted and its approval sought before appointing the state secretary.
In the present situation, it’s just like a head of department being told that the vacancy for his senior assistant has been filled without him knowing who this person is.
Suthale Pee: You did the right thing, Khalid. The sultan’s duty ends the minute the swearing-in ceremony is over. The number one office boy Mohd Khusrin Munawi need not take any oath whatsoever but maybe, only maybe he can mix with the drivers and other office boys in the menteri besar’s office for now.
He could additionally be assigned to sweep and clean all the toilets in the building. Khalid, go on doing the right thing and we are all with you.
Cala: MB Khalid Ibrahim was there under protest, what’s next? Both Khusrin Munawi and the MB are in a situation of incomplete contract.
It is a situation, as argued by Williamson (2008) that in a complex world, two transacting parties have to work together for whatever reason, but each realises that the terms of the contract cannot be spelt out in full at the point of transaction, nor the future transacting conditions so stable that normal contracting terms are applicable.
To Williamson, who was a Nobel Prize co-winner, as long as a relationship is defined in a contracting term, transaction cost economic principle applies. To operationalise it however, both parties must agree to private ordering, meaning in case of dispute, both agree to subject the dispute to any other party to resolve it other than the court, the same way arbitration is conducted.
If Khusrin has faith in Pakatan, he may consider this option as a way out of the current impasse.
Anonymous_408d: If what Khalid says is true, and the appointment of Khusrin has been done without regard to the state constitution, then Khusrin is very, very wrong in going ahead and accepting it and going through the motions of being sworn in, etc.
Khusrin is the former head of Jais (Selangor Islamic Religious Department), a religious body, but if he is going against the constitution then what kind of message is he sending out? Is he saying as a former Jais man, that rules can be ignored? How are the people supposed to respect rules if that is the case?
How are the people supposed to respect that religious body if its former head is doing something that might be described as suspicious and unbecoming? What is his motive in all of this? Who is he actually taking instructions from?
It is hard to believe that Khalid would deliberately go against the constitution without feeling that he is in the right. That is a very difficult stand to take, and the fact that he is still sticking to it means he is very sure of what he is doing.
Amaso: It is a wise move by MB Khalid to show respect to Selangor sultan, otherwise certain groups will sensationalise the issue had he not attended the swearing-in ceremony. Next step: maintain the momentum on amending the state constitution to restore the sultan’s power.

……………………………………………………………………………….
Daulat Tuanku !
it would appear yet again that the Malays are for the Sultans and that the non Malays are for Khalid and his Pakatan Rakyat coalition. Yet again we are dividd by race. I am of mixed parantage, born in Selangor and have lived half my life in Selangor and the other half abroad. I have never witnessed Malaysia to be in such turmoil before. I have never voted in Malaysia before but I will do so in the next election and the Pakatan will not have my vote. Living in the West for over 2 decades has made me realise what we have here and how lucky we are that Malaysia has progressed so far. Malaysians esp the younger generation should value that and stop winging and moaning about everything. Life is not fairer, less prejudice and better abroad as many might think. My spouse is American who has lived all over the world yet he is so impressed with Malaysia and our unique multiracial population to amke this his home too. Sometimes, it takes a foreigner to appreciate what has been achieved by this country, yet many of my fellow Malaysians find every fault possible in the ruling government. UMNO has made mistakes in the past but compared to the Pakatan, UMNO has proved that it is more able to lead Malaysia and the result of the past election was a good wake up call for UMNO to right the wrongs. Good luck to all the Sultans and the federal government.
1) Membiarkan suasana bertambah kecoh ( free for all ) dengan membiarkan setiap parti politik mencapai matlamat mereka dengan apa cara sekalipun- insyaAllah pertumpahan darah kemungkinan besar berlaku.
Malaysia @ Tanah Melayu bukan milik sesiapa tapi ianya hanya Milik Allah SWT.
Sistem Demokrasi menyuburkan segala jenis jenayah. Khasnya jenayah SYIRIK KEPADA ALLAH SWT..
