LABUAN AND THE KARAOKE

In Labuan there are about 40 karaoke premises with each karaoke premise there are about 30 young Filipino girls working as GRO. How true it is I do not know but this is the stories told to me by taxis drivers and those whom I have met while I was in Labuan last weekend. Labuan is a free port and alcoholic drink is cheaper than the carbonated drink. One man that I met in Labuan told me that Labuan used to have 70 karaoke premises but now the number has decreases to 40. A small island like Labuan, a distance of about 30 kilometres from the north to the south and with only 80 thousand population but has 40 karaoke premises is indeed a record worth to note. I do not know anywhere else in this world that has so many karaoke premises in such a small area as Labuan. In Labuan for every two thousand population there is one karaoke premise. The presence of karaoke premise far exceeds the presence of hospital, clinics, schools and mosques in Labuan. Only looking at the statistics of karaoke premise and the number of population in Labuan, we may lead to a wrong conclusion that the peoples of Labuan are peoples who loves to dance, to sing and to enjoy illicit sexual relationship with girls. It seems the needs to dance and to sing far outweigh the needs for good education, health and religion. Why so many licences are given to open karaoke premise in Labuan? Do the peoples of Labuan really needs that many karaoke premises or the demand of karaoke comes from the peoples who had comes to Labuan without their wives or the demand comes from the workers of the oil company who have to be away from their wives because they have to work offshore for some weeks and when they come on-shore they become sexually excited like the hungry animals looking for their foods. The rules of demand and supply also apply in Labuan. The Filipino girls fulfil the demand  and the demands are created by  the men who live in Labuan but without their wives and the frequent visitors of Labuan whose sole purpose are to enjoy  sex with many types of girls. I am sure there is an agency that deals with this business. Which is the agency that supplies the girls to the 40 karaoke premises in Labuan? What do the Islam religious department in Labuan is doing? Is the Islamic religious department in Labuan aware of the presence of 40 karaoke premises in Labuan? Or they know but they pretend as if they do not know and they are not willing to do anything about it. Once peoples are addicted to certain bad habits, it is difficult to stop it. The presence of 40 karaoke premises in Labuan is helping to nature the bad habits among the island population especially the youths. I am sure there are among the local young men of Labuan who are infected with the bad habits. (more…)

PAS IS A POLITICAL PARTY AND NOT AN ISLAMIC & DAKWAH MOVEMENT

I was surprised when someone was saying to me that he is also doing dakwah by joining Pas. He said to me that he is doing dakwah through siasah. He tried to use the world siasah since it sounds more Islamic when compared with the word politic. He told me that he is the leader of Pas in the area and twice he was chosen as the representative of Pas in the general election but he lost in both attempts. He told me since Pas joining DAP and PKR, many non-Muslims start to understand about Islam and he believes in this way Pas is doing dakwah to the non-Muslims. Dato’ Nik Aziz also believes that Pas is doing the work of dakwah when Pas join the Pakatan Rakyat. How Pas believes that they are doing the work of dakwah by joining Pakatan Rakyat? I really do not understand what to the peoples of Pas understand on what dakwah means. Having association with the non-Muslims such as working with the non-Muslims or having business association with the non-Muslims is not called dakwah.  In order to do the work of dakwah, we need to have good association with the non-Muslims. In order to have good association with the non-Muslims, Muslims must have good conduct and kept their promises that they have made with the non-Muslims. Akhlak or good conduct is not dakwah. Dakwah and akhlak or good conducts are exactly two different orders of Allah. Many Muslims and some Muslims scholars have the understanding that dakwah and Akhlak are the same orders of Allah. Many including some Muslims scholars say that by having good conduct when you have dealing with the non-Muslims is also dakwah. Prophet Muhammad saw has good conduct or good akhlak but he also does the work of dakwah. In case dakwah and akhlak is the same order of Allah, Prophet Muhammad saw would not have to do the work of inviting the non-Muslims to recite the Great Kalimah because Prophet Muhammad saw already has good akhlak, Prophet Muhammad saw had such a very good akhlak, and his good akhlak was testified by all the peoples of Mecca even before he was declared as the Prophet of Allah and he was known to the peoples of Mecca as Al-Amin, which means the trustworthy. LOVE OF WORLDLY THINGS AND THE WORK OF THE PROPHET SAW

Allah has sent Prophets to mankind in order to remind them about the existence of Allah that, there is no God other than Allah and to obey Allah the way shown by the Prophet.  Many Prophets may Allah’s blessing be upon them have been deputed by Allah to mankind and each Prophet was suited to the time and the peoples upon whom the Prophets had been send. There are occasion when at one times there were many Prophets send to so many tribes or localities. All the Prophets were given by Allah the Great Kalimah, which is ‘no God except Allah and the Prophet was only the slave and the messenger of Allah’. Prophets were not God but they were normal human being who had been chosen by Allah to be His messenger to mankind.  When men started to admire and to love the Prophet more than Allah, they started to associate to the Prophets attributes suited only to Allah and when the Prophet had died they started to make statues of the Prophet as sign of their love toward the Prophet and they started to adore the statue . Originally they adore the statue but as times goes on they started to worship the statues of the Prophet. Originally they do not regard the statues as God or idols but only as symbols or means for them to have concentration in their worship of God as they cannot see God but later on they became deviated and they started to regard the statues as God. When men had became idols worshiper, Allah the Almighty will send another Prophet to mankind for reminding purpose.  Allah will chose from among mankind persons to become His messenger and the message given to His messenger was the same as given to all other messengers, which is ‘no God other than Allah and the Prophet is the messenger of Allah’. Prophet Muhammad saw said, we the Prophets were given by Allah the Kalimah, and the Kalimah is ‘no God other than Allah and towards this Kalimah, we are inviting the entire mankind’. All mankind belongs to one family and have descended from one forefather and created by one God. The God of all the entire mankind is Allah and there is no God other than Allah. The process of sending the Prophets continue until Allah has finally decided to complete the revelations of guidance to mankind by sending Prophet Muhammad saw as the last and the final Prophet for the entire mankind and with him the final and the last revelation to mankind which is the Quran. HUDUD LAWS IS ICON OF PAS

HUDUD LAWS are so synonymous with PAS especially before PAS form a coalition party with DAP. The party has been propagating the inception of Hudud Laws in Malaysia since the day the party was born. PAS leaders over decades have been championing the inception of Hudud laws in Malaysia. They make fiery lectures on this issue and they accused those who are not supporting or antagonizing their struggle as infidels of kafir. UMNO members and the supporters of UMNO has been the traditional enemies of PAS and the enmity between them sometimes goes to the extent such as they cannot married with each other. In case they have been married, PAS issues a fatwa that the marriage is invalid and has to be remarried using PAS scholar or ustaz. The action gets even more extreme when they will have to divorce either the husband or the wife who is the members of UMNO. PAS leaders particularly Tuan Guru Hadi Awang was very vocal on this issue and because of this especially in the 90’s, PAS members will not pray behind an iman appointed by the government led by UMNO and PAS members will not attend the funeral and marriage ceremony of UMNO members and their supporters. In the states of Terengganu and Kelantan, the enmity between UMNO and PAS even goes to the extent that PAS members will not perform their prayers in mosque built by the government led by UMNO. In those states, PAS members will build their own mosque or surau and PAS members will only attend the mosque and surau only. PAS leaders are so convinced that to become the members of UMNO and to support UMNO in the election will make them become infidels and all infidels will be burnt in the hellfire. The poor illiterate and ignorant Muslims of Kelantan and Terengganu are so naives and sincere. Who can they believes? They have to believe the learned Islamic scholars such as Tuan Guru Haji Hadi who has graduated from the most famous Islamic University of Al-Azhar in Cairo. They believe whatever their learned Muslim scholars tell them. The common Muslims particularly in Kelantan and Terengganu have learned to admire, to respect and to listen to the Ulama from the days they were young. The common Muslims in these states are not to be blamed if they have the wrong understanding about Islam but the person to be blamed are the learned personalities of PAS, particularly Tuan Guru Nik Aziz and Tuan Guru Haji Hadi. DO WE KNOW WHAT IT MEANS THE HELP OF ALLAH?

Bayangkan terpaksa sewa rumah untuk buat usaha kalau Allah bantu kononnya buat kerja nabi mestilah Allah bagi dia satu Masjid untuk buat usaha ni, ini tak hidupkan rumah org hidupkan masjid. Masjid Ar-Rahimah depan mata pun tak dapat nak buat usaha terpaksa sewa rumah depan masjid nampak sangat Allah tak bantu dah berpuluh tahun buat gash Allah tak bantu”

My Answer:

Many people don’t really understand what it means when they say there is no help of Allah. Many people think that they have the help of Allah with them when they are given the material things of this world or worldly things. When they are not given the material wealth of this world they will say that Allah helps is not with me. Many people think and believe that to have material wealth means they are successful and not to have material wealth means they have failures. This is a wrong believe and thought to associate success and failures with materials. No one can give failures and success except Allah and Allah does not give any values to the materials gain of this world. When we have material gains it does not mean we are successful and when we have no material gains it does not means that we have failure. Success and failures are indeed associated with good and bad actions and not with material gain or loss. However men who have no iman or faith who comprise the majority of the human population including those who has recited the Great Kalimah in this world, now believes that success or help of Allah is associated with material gain and not with good actions. One of the people who gave comments in my articles entitled my journey in search of truth CLICK, said that the work of dakwah led by me doesn’t have the help of Allah because the work is operating not in a mosque but in a house. Allah doesn’t look at mosque or house but Allah looks at amals in mosque or house. Allah does not look at building of mosque but amal inside mosque. When there is amal of Prophet Muhammad saw inside or associated with mosque, then only a mosque become valuable in the eye of Allah. When there is no amal of Prophet Muhammad saw inside or associate with mosque, a mosque become invaluable in the eye of Allah. The amal of Prophet Muhammad saw do not need mosque but a mosque need amal of Prophet Muhammad saw. When there is no amal of Prophet Muhammad saw inside mosque, certainly a mosque become place without the light of guidance. (more…)

VIDEO AND DNA – LEGAL EVIDENCE IN COURT CASE

A court case that involved Dato’Seri Anwar Ibrahim which should be completed within a months of uninterrupted trial has taken many months of trials before the judges are able to reach the final verdict. Although the final verdict has not been made by the judge but the similarity of the DNA found from the objects used by Dato’Seri Anwar in the lockup and the DNA found in the anus of  Mohd Saiful Bukhari has enable the general public to probably guess what would be the final verdict of the judges on Dato’ Seri Anwar. DNA has been used extensively in the west to track criminal cases and it works very well even in complicated criminal cases. Years ago peoples are using finger print in order to track down the criminals but it does not work in many situations particularly those criminal cases that involved sexual assault. In order to avoid finger prints to be detected, criminals nowadays are using hand gloves. Scientific advancement in cellular biology has enabled us to use the micro constituent of a cell known as DNA or Deoxyribonucleic Acid as a powerful evidence in criminal investigation. Many court cases can takes less time to reach to the final verdict when DNA is used as evidence to support the involvement of a person in the criminal cases. No one will probably eager enough to place the DNA of Dato’ Seri Anwar into the anus of  Mohd Saiful Bukhari and Dato’ Seri Anwar will not be so foolish to let someone to take his DNA and placed it into the anus of  Mohd Saiful Bukhari. Even though semen may not be found in the anus but DNA of a person who has injected his semen into anyone anus will remain in the anus for a certain period of time. DNA could be from the semen or the skin of the penis that penetrated into the anus. When a penis of someone has penetrated into another person anus, the skin-to-skin contact between the two people will lead to the DNA of the person to remain in the anus of the person for a certain period of time. Dato’ Seri Anwar does not want to give his DNA to the police because he knows, once his DNA which he give to the police is the same as DNA found in the anus of Mohd Saiful Bukhari, the case will finally be closed. Without any doubt the judges will reach to the verdict that Dato’ Seri Anwar had committed the crime and Dato’ Seri Anwar will not be able to turn round the case again. Dato’ Seri Anwar will be definitely sentenced to so many years of imprisonment and his political career will definitely come to an end. (more…)

EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI. IS IT REALLY A NATURAL DISATER?

In 2004, Aceh which is located in the northern most part of Indonesia was struck with an earthquake and tsunami. At that time the word tsunami was rather strange to many people and many did not know what the meaning of tsunami is. Tsunami is a Japanese word to describe the disastrous effect of great sea waves that strike the mainland with great speed, taking away with it everything that come across its way. Tsunami is created as a result of an earthquake that occurs at the bottom of the seabed. When an earthquake occurs at the bottom of the seabed, it causes the titanic layers of the seabed to slide, creating water waves that moves at great height and speed towards the mainland. The world has witnessed the disastrous effect of the tsunami in Aceh, where nearly half a million peoples died. During the tsunami in Aceh, over a distance of six kilometres from the sea, the tsunami wipes out almost everything on its ways. Now an earthquake and a tsunami struck northern eastern coast of Japan and as in Aceh, thousands of people died within minutes and buildings smashed to pieces by the gigantic water waves. The tsunami was created because of an earthquake that occurs at the bottom of the seabed close to Japan. The world is in sorrow and many condolences are being sent by many world leaders to the prime minister and the peoples of Japan. In Japan, energy supply is cut and the nation is not only facing energy crisis but also the possibility of the nuclear plants eruption and emitting radiation due to overheating of the reactors because of no energy supply and also the failure of air-conditioning system for the reactor. Those who survived mourned over the death of their loves ones and cried over the loss of their properties. All the victims of the tsunami, were taken by surprised and no one of them who have died ever think that they will died and lost all their belonging in matters of minutes. Everything seems to happen so fast and without warning and no one is able to do anything to stop the earthquake and the tsunami. Even the most modern and highly technological nation like Japan is unable to do anything when an earthquake and tsunami struck the country. (more…)
