Sexual intercourse is defined by the act of penetration of the penis or male genital organ into the virginal or anus of a female, the anus of a male or the virginal and the anus of animals, either male of females. Islam allows sexual intercourse to be done lovably between husband and wife. When it is done unlawfully to a woman or to an animal it is call zina. Sexual intercourse that involved the anus of a man or animals are call Liwat and it is also a form of Zina. Zina is not allowed in Islam and those that commit the act of zina can be punished by the Laws of Hudud and Takzir. The laws of Hudud applies when a person who has committed zina in the name of Allah has seriously declared without compulsion before the judge that he or she has committed zina or the acts of zina has been witnessed by four pious and reliable Muslims. Zina performed in this situation warrant the punishment of Hudud Laws. In case the person who has performed zina has not been married, the punishment told by Allah in the Quran is to beat them with 100 canning. In case the person who has performed zina is a married person, the punishments told by Allah in the Quran are to stones his or her to death. A situation where a person himself or herself admits in the name of Allah that he or she commits zina is a very rare situation. It will only happen to those who are very pious and muttaqin. A pious or muttaqin men and women who accidentally involve in the acts of zina will not stay at peace until all his sins are forgiven by Allah in this world. In order for his or her sins to be forgiven in this world, he or she must make sincere repentance before Allah and be punished by the laws of Hudud in this world. Since in our times they are no or rarely any pious or muttaqin peoples, so the chances that a pious and muttaqin person accidentally commits zina and willingly come forward to declare before the judge that he or she commit zina is very slim. SYURGA YANG MANA SATU?

Nik Aziz has often threatened those, who do not support the attempts of establishing Negara Islam that they will be thrown into the hellfire. Nik Aziz also often gave the good news to those who support the struggles of establishing Negara Islam that they will be the dwellers of Syurga. Now PAS has drop the slogan of establishing Negara Islam and change it to the slogan of Negara Berkebajikan. In my opinion the slogan of Negara Berkebajikan is a more politically acceptable compare to the slogan of Negara Islam. Now, what happen to the Syurga promised by Nik Aziz and Haji Hadi? Can those who believe in Negara Berkebajikan also enter the Syurga promise by Nik Aziz? Now it has become clearer that the slogan of Negara Islam in the past is only a political slogan and the promise of entering Syurga to those who support the concept of Negara Islam is also a political promise. No one can give the promised of Syurga and hellfire except Allah. No one owns Syurga and hellfire except Allah. The Syurga promise by Nik Aziz is not the real Syurga of Almighty Allah but a political Syurga which is of no existence. It is nice to mention Syurga to other peoples. It delights everyone when Syurga is mentioned to them. Nik Aziz likes to attract his audience by promising them Syurga and to threaten those who go against him with the treat of hellfire. It is the normal political talk of a religious teacher who turns politicians. In reality Nik Aziz should not talk about Syurga and hellfire in his political speeches. Since he was only a religious teacher who turns to politicians, he makes so many mistakes in his political speeches. Since Islam is a complete religion, both Nik Aziz and Haji Hadi believe and think that there is politic in Islam. Both of them believe that to be involved in politics is an order of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet and the righteous caliphs. Is it true that to be involved in politics is Sunnah of the Prophet saw and the righteous caliphs? Neither the Prophet Muhammad saw nor the righteous caliphs had ever set up any political party like Nik Aziz and Haji Hadi do. Allah orders us to rule our country according to the orders of Allah but Allah has never ordered us to be involved in politics. The orders to rule the country according to the orders of Allah is the orders to the Kings and Prime Ministers and not to the common Muslims. When the rulers disobeyed the orders of Allah, the common Muslims are ordered by Allah to remind them in the best manner possible. Who should be given the power to rule the Muslims? The best person from among the Muslims in the country should be made the ruler of the Muslims. Who decide who the best Muslims are? They are a group of good and responsible Muslims in the country. We do not need any political parties and we do not need politics. Politic disunite the Muslims and in our case of this beloved country, Muslim-Malays greatly disunite after 57 years. We only need good leaders and we cannot get good leaders with politics. (more…)
MUKTAMAR PAS 2011 ~ THE TRUE COLOUR OF PAS
Posted in Politic on June 9, 2011 | 1 Comment »
PAS is moving forward towards becoming a real political party. This recent Muktamar of PAS has shown the true colour of PAS ~laporan TV3. PAS is a political party and not an islamic and dakwah movement CLICK. PAS should behave like other political parties if PAS is to join in the rat race of gaining power and glamour. PAS must change in its approach if PAS is to win in the next election. It takes PAS such a long time to realise its true colours. It is true that many people are allergic with the slogan of negara Islam and it is not only the members of DAP who are allergic to the slogan but also many Muslims. PAS should have realised it a long time ago that the slogan of negara Islam is not compatible to Malaysian politic. PAS needs probably the advice of others to change the slogan from negara Islam to negara Berkebajikan. Why PAS takes so long to understand about politics? It is because PAS was controlled previously by groups of Ulama who are not trained to become politicians but train to become teachers or preachers. When Ulama who are trained as teachers start to become politicians, until now, PAS remain a spectator in the political arena of the country. More than 57 years PAS has become only the spectators and now PAS is moving towards becoming the main players in the political scenario of Malaysia. PAS members must realised that PAS is not a dakwah movement and same as Tabligh Jamat is only a tarikat groups CLICK. When PAS realised its real identity as a political party and not a dakwah movement, then PAS will be able to move forward to become a political party. In my opinion PAS should change even the meaning of the name PAS, from Parti Islam Semalaysia to Parti Berkebajikan Semalaysia. I think in this way PAS will be more competitive with other political parties in Malaysia. We cannot mix the arts of politic with the arts of teaching and preaching. Whenever we teach and preach, we must always teach and preach the truth and sometimes we are angry with the students, but when we are making a political speech, we must speak according to the tune of the audience and we must never get angry with our enemies. In a political speech, you may not have to lie but you may not tell the truth. In politic, you will only talks what you audiences like to hear you talking. (more…)
THE PROMISES OF ALLAH ARE TRUE
Posted in Religion, True Fact on June 7, 2011 | Leave a Comment »
Allah gives promises and the promises of Allah is true and sure. Allah gives true promises and Allah never lies. When Allah gives promises, the promises are true. We also give promises but sometimes we lie in our promises. Promises are made upon completing certain conditions or upon fulfilling certain requirements. Allah also gives promises when we can fulfil certain conditions. Unless we fulfil the conditions, the promises will not be fulfil. When we cannot get what has been promised to us by Allah, it is not because, Allah lies to us, but it is because we cannot fulfil the conditions stated by Allah in the Quran and Hadith. All of the promises of Allah are fulfilled by Allah on the condition we have correct iman. We have never come across in the Quran that promises of Allah are to those who have only entered Islam and not having correct iman but the promises of Allah are to those who have correct iman and good actions. There are many Hadiths that mention about the rewards, Allah promises to give to us upon doing certain amals or actions. All these Hadiths are collected by the learned scholar of Tabligh Jamat and the book is given by the name of Fadhail Amal. This book of Fadhail Amal has become the main and the only textbook read by the members of Tabligh Jamat when they are spending times for 3 days, 40 days and 4 months. All the verses of the Quran and sayings of Prophet Muhammad saw on the promises of Allah, will only of beneficial to the readers if it is read with correct iman. When the verses of the Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad saw are read without correct iman, it will bring harm to the readers. We will tend to do amals with the intention of getting the rewards promise by Allah and not with the intention to please Allah. When we do amals with the intention of getting rewards, ours intention of doing the amals is not sincere and our amals or actions will not be accepted by Allah. Similarly when we eat, our intention should be to please Allah but instead we eat with the intention of satisfying our hunger. We seldom have the intention to please Allah because we believe that foods can satisfy our hunger and not Allah. (more…)
MUSLIMS TO DO TAUBATAN~NASOHA

Allah is so merciful, compassionate and most forgiving. He loves those who are making sins yet are willing to make repentance or taubah. Allah orders those who are transgressing His orders, to repent and He loves those who are fond of making repentance. It is commonly said that to error is human. In other words when you are a human, you must make mistakes and there is no human who does not make mistakes. When we make mistakes, we must think that we are human. Because we are human, we make mistakes and when we make mistakes, Allah orders us to do repentance. When we are repenting because it is the order of Allah and our intention is only to please Allah, Allah will loves us and when Allah loves us, Allah will forgive our sins. When we make doa for forgiveness, our intention should be only to please Allah but it is the common mistakes that we often made is our intention is not to please Allah but for Allah to forgive our sins. When we make a doa, we are making an actions and for every actions that we do, our intention should be sincere and sincere mean, only to please Allah. Our great grandfather, Adam makes doa for forgiven from Allah with profuse tearing for nearly 40 years. After 40 years of making doa, Allah asked him, Oh Adam, do you make doa for forgiveness because you want me to forgive you? Adam answered, yes oh Allah, I want, You to forgive me. Allah told Adam to make doa for forgiveness not with the intention for Allah to forgive him but with the intention for Allah to be please with him. When Allah is pleased, Allah will forgive all our sins. When Allah forgives all our sins we are clean as the newly born baby. When we make mistakes and we ask for forgiveness from Allah and from the persons that we have made mistakes, we are human. When we make mistakes but we do not want to ask forgiveness from Allah and from the persons that we have make mistakes, we are not human but we are the followers of Iblis. When we make mistakes only to Allah, we have to ask forgiveness only from Allah. When we make mistakes with other human being, we have to ask forgiveness not only from Allah but also from the human being that we had made mistakes. When we are asking for forgiveness, we must do it the way our Prophet Muhammad saw had shown to us to do that is, by personally meeting him and ask for forgiveness from him and not by sending SMS or via other electronic media. Leaders are not born. All of us are born with the same opportunities to become leaders. We acquired good or bad qualities throughout our life according to the environment that we are exposed to. Environment upon which we are exposed to is the means upon which our belief and mindset are set. Our belief and mindset will influence our qualities or behaviours. Everyone is born with equal opportunities, but it is their parents who create the environment which will shape the belief and the mind of their child. The belief and mind of the child will influence the behaviours of the child. The behaviours of the child will influence his or her destiny. The environments in which we are brought up when we are small are created by our parents. Whatever our parents do and talk, will influence our belief and mind. According to many research, by the time we are eight years old, our belief and mind are set. This set belief and mind will influence our behaviours and qualities. A child reared by animals will have the behaviours of animals, although the child is a normal human being. Whatever the child sees and talks influence the child belief and mindset. A child will talk according to what the child has heard from their guardians. A child reared by animals will not be able to talk as other normal human beings are talking and will not be able to behave as other human beings are behaving. A child reared by animals may look like a human being but they will behave and talk like other animals. In order to produce leaders, we must produce good qualities human being. In order to produce a good quality human being, the human beings have to be brought in a good environment. A good environment is the environment where there are many people with good qualities.
