I am sure there are no licenses being issues in Kelantan to premises, which operate on business of prostitution, but why there are still premises in Kelantan operate on business of prostitutions without license? Dato’ Nik Aziz had also discontinued issuing licenses to premises which operate on business of gambling but I am sure, there are still many premises in Kelantan even without license are operating on businesses of gambling. Dato’ Nik Aziz does not seem to know, on how to prevent evils as shown by our Prophet Muhammad saw? Allah has ordered us to prevent evils by inviting those who do evils to do good. What is an evil and what is good and how to prevent evils, all are being told by Allah in the Quran and shown by our Prophet Muhammad saw. Not issuing licenses to premises, which operate on businesses of evil practices, is not the ways to prevent evils. Evils practices will not be reduced by not issuing licenses. Such actions may even increase evil practices. Evil practice does not depend on license but it depends on the level of iman or belief of a person. Even without having licences, a person with weak iman or with no iman will do evil practices. What is the order of Allah to prevent evil practices? Are issuing licenses and not issuing licenses, related to the order to prevent evils? It is not related and therefore the act of not issuing licenses to premises, which operate on evil practices, is not an act of preventing evils. Therefore, it is not unislamic if we issue licenses to premises, which operate on businesses of evil practices. (more…)

CALIPHATE – THE SYSTEM OF CHOICE
Allah has created men and there is no one who created men except Allah. Allah loves men and all His creations. Among all the creations of Allah, man is the best creation. Allah has made men as the best creation and Allah has given men, a way of life. When men practice the orders of Allah, the status of men will be above the angel and when men do not practice the orders of Allah, the status of men will be lower than the animals. In other words, when men live according to the orders of Allah and died with iman, men will be above the animals but when man does not live in accordance to the orders of Allah and died without iman, men will be lower than the animal. Allah had given many orders and the order of Allah includes all the activities of men. Allah had given orders regarding the relationship of men with Allah. Allah has also given orders regarding the relationship of man with another man. Allah has given orders regarding wealth and power and orders on how to use the power and the wealth given by Allah. Allah has ordered men to live in a community and to have a leader to lead the community. Allah has given men the system to choose the leaders of the community. The system is known as Caliphate (also known as Khalifah or Khilafat). When a system to choose leaders is in place, men will be able to live in peace and harmony. Islam means peace. When Muslims are not using the system of Caliphate, there will be no peace and harmony even in those countries known to the world as Muslim countries. Many Muslims are secular in their beliefs, thoughts and actions. Many Muslims are in the opinion that Islam is only limited to the worship of Allah. Regarding all other issues which are not related to Allah, Muslims think they can follow the ways of the non-Muslims. Nowadays none of the Muslim countries is using the Islamic system of Caliphate in choosing their leaders and all the Muslims countries in the world are either using democracy or monarchy. (more…)
DEMOCRACY, MONARCHY AND CALIPHATE – PART 2

MONARCHY
Monarchy is a system in which the hierarchies of power remain within a certain families, cronies or parties. As explained previously in the last article of mine on similar topic, the system of democracy was initially developed in order to avoid power to remain within only a certain families, cronies or parties. However due to manipulation, the system of democracy slowly turn to become the system of monarchy. Democracy allows everyone to become a leader provided he or she obtains the majority votes in an election. However, there are certain cases where the power goes to only certain individuals of the same families, cronies or parties. When power goes only to individuals from the same families, parties or cronies, the system is no longer democracy but monarchy. Monarchy is the oldest system used by mankind to select their leaders. In monarchy, when a king died, the power to rule the country automatically goes to the eldest son or daughter of the king. In some monarchial system, when the king died, the power must goes only to his son and not to his daughter but in some cases the power can also goes either to the son or daughter. In other cases, when the king has no children the power usually goes to the brother of the king. Whatever it is, monarchy means, the power to rule the country only goes to one family, and no other individual outside the family can become the rulers of the country. (more…)

DEMOCRACY
Democracy, Monarchy and Caliphate are systems which are used by men to select from among themselves, their leaders. Democracy is a system which was developed and used by the ancient Romans to choose their leaders. In order to become a leader in a democratic country, majority of the peoples must votes for him or her to become their leader. It is natural that a person will vote for someone he or she likes to become his or her leader. In democratic system, a person who wants to become a leader must express his or her desires to become a leader by standing for an election. Everyone in a democratic country has the right to vote or not or to stand for an election. In case there is only one person who wants to become a leader and willing to stand for the election, he or she will automatically wins the election and become the leader of the community. When there are two persons who wish to become the leader, the one that wins the majority votes will become the leader. Irrespective whether that person who wins the majority votes is qualified or not to become a leader, is not important in a democratic system. Whoever wins the majority votes even by only one vote will become the leader in a democratic system. In other words, in democracy the truth and the best are decided by the majority and the main principle in democracy is; majority rules. Majority rules are a principle in democracy, which is entirely against Islam and the Quran. In Islam, the truth is the Quran and one can only rules with the laws of the Quran. Majority is the main icon in democracy and to become a leader in democratic countries, a person needs to become popular in the society. (more…)
BERSIH 3.0

The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (in malay called Gabungan Pilihanraya BERSIH dan Adil) or BERSIH (meaning clean in Malay) is a coalition of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and was supported by Pakatan Rakyat. The leader of BERSIH, Ambiga Sreevenasan initially said the main aim of BERSIH demonstration is to call for free and fair elections in Malaysia. In other words, no previous elections in Malaysia were fair and clean. Is it true? Although there are no clear evidences to suggest that all the previous elections in Malaysia are not fair and clean, but definitely all those peoples who previously are involved in the general election certainly know whether our general election is conducted in a fair and clean manner or otherwise. As a nation, we are about fifty-five years old and during those times, we had several general elections and the bloodiest one is in 1969. In all the previous general election, Barisan had won and ruled our country. Anwar Ibrahim was once among the supreme leader of Barisan National and I am sure he is one of those who know whether our previous elections were conducted in clean and fair or otherwise. Why Anwar and Ambiga use street demonstration and not negotiation to solve the problem? As long as I know, Anwar had used street demonstration even when he was a student leader in University Malaya and the leader of Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (ABIM). Now at the age of sixty-five, Anwar still uses the same method to pressure the government. Anwar knew the method works. The only time there is no street demonstration in Malaysia is when Anwar Ibrahim was with the ruling government and when he was in Sungai Buloh Prison. I would say as long as Anwar is not with the government or in prison, there will always be a street demonstration in Malaysia. Anwar is the Guru of street demonstration in Malaysia. What Anwar wants to achieve with street demonstration? With street demonstration, Anwar wants to tarnish whatever good image of the ruling government and Anwar wants to paint the image of cruelty and injustice to the ruling government. When there are crowds of thousand of peoples and with no proper control by the organizer, surely they are some who will not follow the instructions of the police. When the police start to fire tear gas towards the demonstrators, certainly it gives the image to Malaysians and international communities that Malaysian’s government does not allow freedom of speech to her peoples. Once the image of cruelty and injustice are painted to the ruling government the purpose of BERSIH demonstration is achieved. (more…)

ANWAR IBRAHIM-ISLAM ATAU BUKAN ISLAM?
Posted in Politic, Religion, True Fact on April 13, 2012 | Leave a Comment »
Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim is always making so much controversy in Malaysia’s political scenario. When Tun Dr Mahathir asked Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim to resign in 1998, he should quietly resigned and then slowly making his way up in Umno. Instead of resigned with an open heart, Anwar decided to fight Tun Dr Mahathir. In my opinion, this is the greatest mistake he had ever made in his entire political career. Anwar chose to fight his superior and in doing so, he had created the most turbulence period in the political history of modern Malaysia. During that time, Anwar with all his followers made street demonstration and caused havoc and instability in the country. Anwar, unlike all other Malaysian politicians, has followers who are willing to live and die with Anwar. Prior to joining Umno, Anwar was the President of the Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (ABIM) and although he was a graduate, he declined to work with the government. Anwar Ibrahim with his staunch followers established Yayasan Anda; a private school that Anwar and his friend established to cater the needs of those who are not so fortunate to do Higher School Certificate in government school. In reality, the school was used by Anwar Ibrahim to recruit and to train his future followers. Many were amazed by his eloquent style of speaking and many choose to become the followers of Anwar. When Anwar was appointed as Minister by Tun Dr Mahathir and later on as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, many of Anwar’s followers had benefitted from the association with Anwar. Many of Anwar’s followers accumulated wealth and living a luxury lifestyle. Anwar claimed that Tun Dr Mahathir was practicing cronyism but in reality, he was the one who practiced cronyism. Many of Anwar’s friends had become rich and influential after Anwar had became a Minister. Many are waiting for Anwar to become the Prime Minister of Malaysia so that they can acquire more wealth and power. On the day, Dato’ Seri Anwar had to relinquish his position as the Deputy Prime Minister was the day of great catastrophes for all the Anwar’s cronies. (more…)
PERLAKSANAAN HUKUM HUDUD DI MALAYSIA
Posted in Politic, Religion on March 31, 2012 | 3 Comments »
Would Hudud Laws be implemented in Malaysia? Many are of the opinion, the implementation of Hudud Laws cannot be done in Malaysia because Malaysia is a multiracial and multireligious society. Many Muslims believe that the implementation of Hudud Laws can only be done in Malaysia when all the Muslims in Malaysia have correct and strong faith or iman. However many PAS members have the opposite opinion. They believe Hudud Laws must be implemented in Malaysia now, regardless of whether Muslims in Malaysia have correct and strong iman or not. When will all the Muslims in Malaysia have the correct and strong iman? Is there any effort or work on the part of the Muslims or the Malaysia government to correct and strengthen the iman of all the Muslims in Malaysia? Is it true that when Muslims have weak iman, we cannot implement the Hudud Laws? When will be the time for Hudud Laws to be implemented in Malaysia? PAS promise to the Malaysians during their election campaign that they will implement Hudud laws if they are chosen to rule Malaysia. PAS promise once they are elected to rule Malaysia, they will make Malaysia as Negara Islam. Since PAS join DAP and PKR, the slogan of Negara Islam and Hudud Law have become weakened and now PAS decided to change their slogan to Negara Berkebajikan. PAS changed the slogan because they wanted to wins the vote of the non-Muslims. Since many years PAS was trying to win the general election with the slogan of Negara Islam and Hudud Laws but they failed and only manage to rule the state of Kelantan. Many PAS members are in the opinion that they can only win the general election and rule Malaysia if they changed their traditional slogan to Negara Berkebajikan. With the new slogan PAS is ready to work with DAP a party which is deadly against the concept of Negara Islam and Hudud Laws. (more…)
UNITY OF THE MALAY
Posted in Politic, True Fact on March 21, 2012 | Leave a Comment »
The unity of the Malays has been greatly jeopardised by the Malays involving themselves in various political groups. When the Malays started to join various political groups, they began to become disunited. Malays are highly emotional and sensitive people. Some Malays regard the political groups that they belong to similar to religion. Many Malays equate joining PAS to embracing Islam and rejecting PAS to denying Islam. PAS in reality is only a political party but to some Malays they regard PAS as Islam and Islam as PAS. Leaders of PAS have misled many Malays into believing that to join PAS means to embrace Islam and not to join PAS means to reject Islam. Leaders of PAS have been propagating this idea since the day PAS was established in Malaysia and the idea was loudly proclaimed when Dato’ Haji Hadi joined PAS. Some Malays tend to believe that whatever said by the PAS leaders are plain truth and as a result they are ready to live and to die for PAS. When Dato’ Haji Hadi made the infamous Fatwa known as Fatwa Haji Hadi which was supported by the leaders of PAS who declared that to join UMNO will make a person Kafir. There were Malays in Kelantan and Terengganu particularly who broke their marital and family relationships because their spouse or family were UMNO members. Malays are highly sensitive about their race and religion and they are willing to do anything in order to safeguard their race and religion. Those Malays who are more sensitive about safeguarding the interest of their race more than Islam will join UMNO and those Malays who are more sensitive about safeguarding the interest of their religion more than their race will join PAS. Malays who join UMNO believe that they are Muslims but Malays who join PAS believe that only those who join PAS are Muslims and those who join other parties particularly UMNO are Kafir. PAS is not willing to join Barisan Nasional simply because UMNO is with Barisan Nasional and Pas is willing to join Pakatan Rakyat (PR) because UMNO is not in that coalition. The enmity between PAS and UMNO has been intensifying for more than 50 years and until now it does not seem to end and the solution to the problem remains unclear to the Malays leaders. (more…)
MALAYSIAN UNITY

Our Prime Minister Dato’Seri Najib launches the slogan of Satu Malaysia with the aim of unifying Malaysian. After about 54 years of independence, Malaysia come out with the slogan of Satu Malaysia with the hope, the slogan will help to unite the various races in Malaysia. Satu Malaysia is only a concept that must be accepted and understood by all Malaysians. Do all Malaysian want to become one Malaysia? Or understand what it means by one Malaysia. In my opinion, the concept of one Malaysia means; there will be a time in Malaysia, when everyone in Malaysia is treated equally regardless of their race and religions and when everyone in Malaysia will be having equal opportunity to excel and progress regardless of their race and religions. During that time everyone will have equal opportunities to become successful but the ones who are successful are those who are taking advantage of the opportunities by working hard. With the concept of one Malaysia no particular race is favoured above other races and only the hardworking persons will excel above others. Only songs and slogan will not made the concept of one Malaysia a reality. Only having slogan of one Malaysia is a disaster. It creates havoc and confusion particularly among the Malays. In order to make the concept of one Malaysia a reality, correct actions and planning must be developed by the government. One Malaysia is only a concept and it cannot be implemented immediately by the government. When the government want to implement the concept of one Malaysia immediately, it will cause chaos and anarchy between the various races in Malaysia. Only with correct planning and actions, a time will come when the concept of one Malaysia becomes a reality in Malaysia (more…)
